The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Johnson lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Holborn has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Holborn and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Johnson shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Holborn as he jumps to the side.
Johnson looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Holborn is fending him off so far but Johnson persists. Nope, Holborn circles away and we're back to standing.
Holborn fails to land with a series of punches.

Holborn has had enough of the ground for now and decides to stand.

Johnson is bucking up trying to escape but Holborn cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Holborn wants to finish this one by submission but Johnson is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Holborn.

Holborn has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Holborn sends his fist crashing into the mat - the crowd let out a collective ooooooh. Let's hope he's not broken it!

Holborn cracks Johnson with a nasty head shot there - the crowd let out an audible gasp there, as the noise reverberated around the arena.

Holborn is really struggling to control Johnson but he's trying to hold on to the position.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Holborn closes the distance and clinches up with Johnson, looking for a takedown. Holborn pushes Johnson against the cage but Johnson circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Johnson changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Holborn looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.
Holborn tries to improve position but can't.

Johnson working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.
Johnson really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Holborn. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Johnson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Holborn, who protects the arm well.

Johnson thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.

Holborn ties up his opponent against the cage and manages to drag the fight down to the ground. Holborn no doubt will be looking to work submissions from his guard.
Holborn manages to sweep nicely, so he's now on top. Johnson manages to get himself to full guard.

Johnson is working actively from the bottom, looking for submissions. He's escaped his hips to the side and he's going for an armbar! Holborn has his hands clasped together but Johnson extends an breaks Holborn's desperate grasp, forcing a tap out due to armbar! Nice BJJ displayed there by Johnson.
