Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between sam miguel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Bert Ernie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys are coming into the fight with injuries so let's see if that has a bearing on the fight. Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the fighters buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
miguel is looking to clinch.
Ernie looks gassed!
miguel closes the distance and clinches.
Ernie managing to block the knees to the body from miguel.
miguel manages to break the clinch.
Ernie avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Ernie dives in and grabs miguel's left leg, looking for a takedown. miguel pushes down on Ernie's head and hops out.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.

Bert Ernie showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
That's time! Back to the action! So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, miguel cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

miguel has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Ernie's face.
miguel lands a nice shot to the head.
miguel pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

miguel lands a big shot there that rocks Ernie but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
