Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between D C Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Stephen Dyzor (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Real American. Stephen Dyzor told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, D C Jackson! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Stephen Dyzor! The judges for this bout are Anni Minnemäki, Matti Vanhoillinen and Roosa Järviläinen.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Jackson avoids the body shot from Dyzor.
Jackson changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Dyzor tries to avoid it but Jackson manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Dyzor to the ground. Dyzor escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet. Jackson misses with a shot to the body and Dyzor counters with a straight right hand. Nice defenses there by Dyzor. A swing and a miss from Dyzor. Jackson swings for the body but Dyzor moves out of range.
Dyzor is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Jackson. Jackson shoots in for a takedown and gets it. Let's see what he's got on the mat. Dyzor trying to control the position.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Dyzor can do anything to dispel that myth. Dyzor has a closed guard, preventing anything of note from happening. Perhaps he's looking to stall. Jackson missing there with some ground and pound from the guard.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jackson trying to control the position from guard on top but Dyzor is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Dyzor controls Jackson momentarily but Jackson frees himself. Both fighters really going for it on the ground here! Dyzor is looking to get back to his feet but can't, whilst Jackson is controlling him. Jackson thows a big elbow that misses. Jackson tries to free his leg and advance position but Dyzor is retaining full guard. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Jackson lands a head shot. Jackson shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Dyzor is trying to defend but Jackson finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Dyzor is trying to maintain the position but Jackson is very close to passing his half guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Jackson is trying to control. Dyzor wants to improve his position but can't escape this time. Dyzor is looking for a sweep. Jackson is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position. Dyzor works his way to full guard. Good work. Jackson trying to control but Dyzor is working from the bottom. Dyzor trying to keep a closed guard but Jackson is proving a slippery customer.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Dyzor scores with a jab. Jackson acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Jackson misses with a body shot.
Dyzor misses with a two punch combination.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Nice defenses there by Dyzor. Both fighters are looking to counter, which isn't making for the most exciting fight in the world. Jackson throws a right and a left that Dyzor avoids nicely. A big left from Jackson misses. Dyzor avoids a lazy jab quite easily. Stephen Dyzor is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Dyzor fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Jackson manages to avoid it. Jackson misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Jackson is defended easily by Dyzor. Jackson scores with a body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Dyzor lands with an overhand left. Dyzor looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Dyzor steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Jackson. Jackson misses with a body shot.
Dyzor fails to land with a series of punches.
Jackson misses with a straight left. Dyzor misses with a jab to the body
and Jackson counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
D C Jackson dominated that round. That's time! Jackson's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.
Jackson will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Jackson looks to land a right hand but Dyzor moved out of range. Jackson lands a jab to the nose. Jackson throws out a loose jab but Dyzor uses good head movement to avoid it. Dyzor fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done. Jackson misses with a takedown attempt. He shot from a bit too far out. Dyzor throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
That's one minute gone in the round. Dyzor throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Jackson counters with a one-two to the body. Jackson misses with a takedown attempt - Dyzor sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Dyzor misses with a straight left. Jackson tries to score a power double leg takedown but Dyzor sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten Jackson somewhat. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for D C Jackson. That's going to take a lot out of him. Dyzor circles away from the clinch attempt.
Stephen Dyzor is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Dyzor keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Dyzor throws a one two combo.
Dyzor just misses with a punch to the body.
Dyzor swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by Jackson. Stephen Dyzor seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Jackson misses the jab. Dyzor keeps the fight on the outside. Dyzor's corner calls for a 1-2. Dyzor obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Dyzor throws a left and a right that both miss
and Jackson counters with a huge left! Dyzor is in big trouble! He's backing up but Jackson isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Dyzor from any more damage. A dominating finish by Jackson!
