These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Corrleone.
St pierre tries to clinch but Corrleone moves out of range.
Corrleone shoots in but St pierre avoids the takedown attempt easily.
St pierre throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Corrleone's waist but Corrleone gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing St pierre off to one side.
St pierre feints and as Corrleone raises his hands in defense, St pierre changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
