Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rashad Jones (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Marcus Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rashad Jones is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Rashad Jones! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of London, Marcus Johnson! The judges for this bout are James Ackerman, Colin Fotheringham and Donald Grub.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Jones sprawls well. Jones wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet. Johnson fails to land the takedown. Jones lands with a straight right. Johnson didn't see that one coming. Jones tries to land a front kick but Johnson steps back. That was a bit too telegraphed. Johnson throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jones's waist but Jones gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Johnson off to one side. Rashad Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Johnson. Jones scores with a one two! Johnson had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes. Jones lands a nice shot to the body.
Jones misses with a few strikes there.
Johnson feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Jones wants to sweep here but Johnson controlling him for the moment. Johnson keeps in close for a moment and lands a decent shot to the side of Jones's head. Johnson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jones works some decent striking defense from the bottom. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Johnson postures up.
Jones wants to sweep but no luck.
That's one minute gone in the round. Johnson lands a couple of digs. Jones will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Johnson loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Johnson trying to control the position from guard on top but Jones is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can. Johnson throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Jones works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Johnson throwing strikes but missing. Jones knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Johnson on the ground. Johnson looking to sit in guard and control but Jones gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Johnson wants to get back to his feet but Jones is in a dominant position and won't allow it. That's two minutes gone in the round. Jones trying to control the position.
Jones looking to hit a scissor sweep but Johnson is one step ahead there. Johnson trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Johnson throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
That's three minutes gone in the round. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Johnson advances to half guard. Johnson lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears. Jones has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Johnson is working away from the top position though. Jones avoiding damage under a succession of punches from Johnson. Johnson tries to pass the half guard into mount. Jones knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. Jones is looking to control Johnson's leg but it's slowly edging free. Can Jones avoid being mounted? The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Johnson missing with some ground and pound from the half guard. Jones blocking the ground and pound attempt from Johnson.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson thows a big elbow that misses, also allowing Jones to regain full guard. Johnson throws a strike but Jones rolls with it and manages to sweep. Now he's in guard on top. Johnson is looking to stand up but Jones isn't so interested in that idea. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Johnson can do anything to dispel that myth.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Jones scores with a jab. Johnson acknowledges it with a nod of the head. Jones misses with a low kick. Jones misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Jones tests Johnson's chin there with a solid looking shot. Jones lands a slapping body shot.
Jones looks to land a combination. Johnson sees it coming but can only parry a couple of the shots. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Johnson. Jones connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe. And thats the end of the round the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Rashad Jones will probably get the nod. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin!
Thud! ouch! good body kick from Jones - that will leave a mark!
Johnson shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jones pinned against the cage. Jones gets the underhooks and manages to circle away. Jones throws a combination. Johnson tries to block but a couple of punches get through. Johnson has his hands up protecting his head but a hook from Jones finds it's way round the side to connect with Johnson's head. It really doesn't seem like the step up in weight is hurting Jones here at all. He's more than holding his own against the bigger man. Jones fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Jones thuds his right hand into Johnson's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters. Jones misses with the combination.
A right-left combo lands from Jones. Jones scores with a hook to the body. Johnson takes a step back and tries to catch his breath. Jones's corner calls for a 1-2. Jones obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range. Jones connects with a solid leg kick. Jones stuffs the takedown attempt from Johnson. Johnson gets slowly back to his feet. Jones throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Johnson on the side of the head. Jones is looking to land body kicks. Johnson is breathing heavily. Jones feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Johnson's calf. Johnson shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Jones as he avoids it easily. Rashad Jones has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Marcus Johnson. Jones connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt.
That's one minute gone in the round. Jones scores with a crisp jab that stopped Johnson in his tracks. Jones scores to the head and body with a nice combination! Johnson walks into a jab. Johnson chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Jones can pounce on him.

Nice jab there from Jones. Jones catches Johnson with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong! Jones throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Jones is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range. Jones darts in and out, connecting with a jab. Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Johnson takes an uppercut right on the button but keeps his composure.
Johnson takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
Jones throws a series of punches but Johnson avoids them all with ease. Jones scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.
Johnson is rocked! Jones thows a left - swing and a miss! Jones scores with a punch to the head. Johnson is still on wobbly legs! Can Jones finish him? Jones lands with a big right hook that stumbles Johnson - he's out on his feet here! Jones follows up with another monster hook that separates Johnson from consciousness! Johnson falls, almost in slow motion to the canvas! Jones stands and admires his work as the crowd go wild.
