Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Daniel Blasius, Albert Achterberg and Wagner Zegers.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Saukko changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Randolph tries to avoid it but Saukko manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Randolph to the ground. Randolph escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Dequan Randolph seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Randolph takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Saukko staying out of range there.
Saukko feints and as Randolph raises his hands in defense, Saukko changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Randolph can do anything to dispel that myth.

Saukko winds up and cracks Randolph with a swinging punch to the side of the head.
Saukko is nestled in close to Randolph, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
Randolph tries to kick Saukko off but Saukko keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
Saukko seems to be taking a bit of a break to think of his next move. He lands a short punch in the meantime.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Saukko lands a nice short elbow.
Saukko is trying to control. Randolph wants to improve his position but can't escape this time.

Randolph tries to reverse the position but Saukko maintains control.
Oooooh, big shot lands for Saukko! Randolph is hurt baaadly! Saukko is firing away with more strikes - Randolph is covering up... the ref is warning him to do something. He's just covering up though still and the ref has to step in to end the fight! This one is all over!
