Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Damir Mrsic!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Puiu Ciprian Micu!
The judges for this bout are Albert Achterberg, Paul Aken and Saam Ante.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mrsic keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Mrsic wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.
Micu looks gassed!
Micu on the wrong end of a nice hook.
It looks like Puiu Ciprian Micu has been cut.
Mrsic cracks Micu with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Micu tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Mrsic pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Micu is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:14 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Damir Mrsic!
