The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Shimada, Yasuomi Hirokawa and Shigeki Fujiwara.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Yasuda takes a swing at Marciano's ribcage but misses.

Yasuda circles away from the clinch attempt.
Yasuda connects with a good right hand that stumbles Marciano. Marciano circles away out of range and recomposes himself.
Yasuda lands with a nice combination. Marciano backs away looking to recover.
Yasuda rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Marciano moves out of range and avoids them all easily.
Yasuda comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Marciano takes a really solid shot there but just smiles back and shrugs his shoulders.

Marciano tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Yasuda swivels and escapes.

Yasuda swats away the attempt to clinch by Marciano.
Marciano shoots in for a takedown. He's persisting with it as Yasuda sprawls well. Yasuda wins this battle and keeps the fight standing. Marciano gets slowly back to his feet.

Yasuda scores with a big left there. The judges will like that one.
Kazuki Yasuda seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Marciano gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Yasuda throws out a powerful jab.

Marciano is trying desperately to land a takedown but Yasuda is having absolutely none of it. This is turning into a bit of a nightmare for Marciano.

Yasuda lands a left and a right that send Marciano crashing to the mat, dazed. Yasuda thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Yasuda cracks Marciano with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Yasuda has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Marciano to stand back up!
Marciano is still on wobbly legs! Can Yasuda finish him?
Yasuda lands a lovely overhand right.
Yasuda drops Marciano with a big left hand! Marciano is injured, injured bad! Yasuda jumps in and finished him with strikes! The fight is over!
