Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Chris Lytle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Anderson Sebastiao Cardoso (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lytle might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to misery business. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Los Angeles, Chris Lytle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 3 - 2, fighting out of Los Angeles, Anderson Sebastiao Cardoso! The judges for this bout are Frank Antenori, and Timothy Bukovac.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cardoso takes a punch to the jaw and another one to the bread basket. Lytle misses with a series of wild punches.
Lytle looks to land a combination but Cardoso avoids it well. Cardoso dodges the punch combination from Lytle.
Lytle misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Lytle throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Cardoso. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Lytle slaps away a takedown attempt from Cardoso, before circling back to the center of the mat. Lytle fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Cardoso on the side of the head.

Cardoso looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Lytle throws a series of punches but Cardoso avoids them all with ease. Cardoso drops back looking for a heel hook - he quickly realises he's not going to get it but Lytle manages to dive on top of him before he can escape and now Cardoso has Lytle in his guard. Lytle trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Lytle trying to control but Cardoso is working from the bottom. Lytle wants to pass the guard but Cardoso is keeping the position. Cardoso has his foot on Lytle's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Lytle works his way back into a safe position though. Lytle passes Cardoso's left leg - he's now in half guard. Cardoso looking for submissions from an awkward position here.

Lytle goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Lytle tries to bum rush Cardoso with a series of wild strikes but Cardoso uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Some wild striking there from Lytle.

Cardoso creates some space and throws a big elbow, but Lytle sees it coming and moves his head just enough to avoid the strike. Cardoso takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired. Cardoso wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Lytle, who protects the arm well. Lytle manages to get one leg in to regain half guard. Lytle is trying to control but can't.
