Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Adam Dunne (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeff Turner (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Adam Dunne could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Jeff Turner's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 5 - 0, fighting out of New York, Adam Dunne! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jeff Turner! The judges for this bout are Dean Styles, Anthony Taglia and Russell Pearce.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Dunne throws a right and a left that Turner avoids nicely. Turner throws a hook to the side of Dunne's head but Dunne sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Turner lands a big right hand that sends Dunne crashing to the mat! Turner stays standing though and waves Dunne back to his feet!
It looks like Adam Dunne has been cut. Turner misses with a combination
and Dunne counters with a head kick. Turner throws a jab, cross combination which is slipped
and Dunne holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. A battle for position here, against the cage. Turner wants to strike at distance but he can't break free of the clinch.
Turner working hard to break the clinch. Dunne keeps the fight in the clinch, despite Turner's efforts to push away. Turner takes a knee right on the jaw!
Dunne jumps guard but Turner stands there with Dunne around his waist. Dunne gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
Dunne creates a bit of space for himself and sneaks an elbow through Turner's defenses. Dunne fails to pull the fight into his guard.

Dunne thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas. Dunne is breathing heavily. Dunne wants to lay and pray for a moment but Turner keeps working. Dunne looking to pass the half guard. Not this time. Dunne throwing punches and elbows but they're not doing any damage. Dunne prevents Turner from improving his position.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Dunne slips a jab and a cross from Turner.
Turner misses with a takedown attempt and Dunne moves into the clinch. Dunne changes levels and goes for a takedown here. Turner fights it off and pushes away nicely.
Turner misses with a wild body shot. The crowd cheers as Turner lands an impressive looking overhand right. Dunne doesn't seem phased though. Turner throws a series of punches but Dunne moves out of range. Turner misses with a double jab
and Dunne holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. A head punch on the inside from Turner fails to land. Turner tries to break free but Dunne pushes him back against the cage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Good anti-grappling being displayed by Dunne as Turner tries to tie him up. Dunne lands a knee to the head.

Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Turner walks away with a smile on his face. Dunne gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Turner swings wildly with a couple of big hooks
and Dunne counters with a head kick. Turner fails to land with a series of punches.

Turner throws a series of punches but Dunne moves out of range. A punch combination from Turner misses. Turner missing with a left hand there. Dunne was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one. Dunne takes one on the chin but keeps coming.
A telegraphed right hand from Turner misses the target. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jeff Turner dominated that round. The cut man is working on Adam Dunne's cut. That's time! Back to the action!
Turner throws a body punch but Dunne moves out of range. Turner lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Turner. Turner has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight. Turner swinging wildly here.

Turner is trying to slow down the pace in the clinch, to catch his breath. Turner is trying to work out of this bad position, with his back against the cage. Dunne walks into a straight right hand from Turner. Dunne gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Turner. Dunne has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Turner throws a right and a left that Dunne avoids nicely. Dunne forces Turner back against the cage and clinches. Dunne tries a knee to the head but he's missed.

Dunne has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Turner regains guard immediately. Turner utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Dunne accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Dunne wants to control from the top but Turner keeps moving. Dunne working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Dunne is just sitting in guard, looking to avoid any submissions. Dunne throwing strikes but missing. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Adam Dunne will probably get the nod. The cut man is working on Adam Dunne's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

Dunne is looking to stand up but Turner won't let him. Dunne loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Turner tries to bum rush Dunne with a series of wild strikes but Dunne uses good footwork to avoid the assault. A punch combination from Turner misses. Turner goes to the watering hole and comes back with a big thumbs up from the judges as he scores a three punch combo. Turner scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Dunne doesn't seem bothered though. Turner tries a switch kick but it misses it's target. Turner looks to throw the jab but Dunne is out of range. Turner throws a left and a right that both miss
and Dunne counters with a three punch combo that has Turner backing up. Turner nods at Dunne to acknowledge the strikes. Turner misses with a double jab.

Dunne uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Turner. Nice defenses there by Dunne. Turner misses the jab. Dunne shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Turner as he jumps to the side.

and Dunne counters with a one-two to the body. Turner punishes Dunne's body with a nice straight punch. Turner throws a right and a left that Dunne avoids nicely. Dunne bobs and weaves well there to avoid the strikes. Turner takes a head kick and keeps coming.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Dunne shakes his hands off, looking to compose himself, but takes a jab to the jaw whilst he does it. Turner tries to bum rush Dunne with a series of wild strikes but Dunne uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
And that's the end of the fight! Adam Dunne showed his dominance in that final round. I think Dunne has won this one but let's see what the judges have to say. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
