Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Garrett Bisley (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Charlie Magri (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Bisley comes into the arena with Johnny Cash - God's Gonna Cut You Down blaring out of the sound system. Garrett Bisley has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Garrett Bisley! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Charlie Magri! The judges for this bout are Radbod Blank, Daniel Blasius and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Magri tries to score with a low kick but Bisley moves his leg out of the way. Bisley ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Magri moves away. The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Bisley checks a leg kick. Charlie Magri seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A combination from Magri does no damage. Magri uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Bisley.
Magri throws a wild combination but nothing lands. Magri looks to score with a combo but nothing lands. Bisley throws a jab but it's blocked by Magri. A clash of legs there as Bisley blocks the low kick. Bisley slips a jab from Magri. Bisley looks to score with a jab to the body but Magri is just out of range. Bisley connects nicely with a jab. Noted by the judges no doubt. Magri misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Bisley.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Bisley works over Magri's head and body with a nice combination. Bisley keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Magri. Magri bobbing and weaving, closes the distance and lands a hook to the side of Bisley's head. Bisley feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Bisley working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bisley trying to control but Magri is working from the bottom. Bisley with a flurry of punches that miss. Magri wants to stand but Bisley is controlling the position. Bisley working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Bisley loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Bisley controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Bisley lands a couple of digs. Bisley postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Magri can do anything to dispel that myth.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action.
Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up. Magri misses with a double jab
and Bisley counters with a nice double leg into side control. Magri won't be happy with that. Bisley postures up a little and throws a couple of hammerfists but they don't connect properly.
Bisley throws an elbow but Magri slips to the side and avoids it well. Magri taking punishment in the form of punches.
Magri is trying to escape the position but Bisley is controlling the position. Bisley working the ground and pound but Magri is defending the strikes. Magri avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Bisley. Magri prevents Bisley from improving position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bisley working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.
Bisley throws an elbow but Magri slips to the side and avoids it well. Bisley scoring with punches and elbows. Bisley in side control, throwing shots but Magri defends. The referee asks Bisley politely if he wouldn't mind getting on with it and actually doing something. Bisley prefers to stall for the moment though. Bisley lands some shots froms side control. Bisley cracks Magri with an elbow. That is naaassty. Bisley in side control, trying to ground and pound but not landing this time.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bisley takes a little break here. Magri wants to take advantage but he is being controlled well. The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult. Bisley cracks Magri with an elbow. That is naaassty. You can see the frustration on Magri's face, being in this tough position on the bottom. An elbow from Bisley crashes against the mat.
Bisley is looking to take a break and control but Magri is keeping him honest, looking to work from the bottom. Magri is trying to control Bisley's posture but Bisley avoids it. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Garrett Bisley dominated that round. That's time! Back to the action!
Bisley doesn't react quick enough there as he takes a shot to the body. Charlie Magri is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Magri will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
Bisley looks for a takedown but Magri sprawls well. Magri falls off balance throwing a combination
and Bisley counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Bisley throws a big right hand that misses. Bisley throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent. Magri preventing the ground and pound from doing any damage. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bisley accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Magri utilising some decent striking defenses from the guard, preventing the ground and pound. Magri working the defensive guard well to avoid strikes from Bisley.
That's one minute gone in the round. Bisley pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Magri is keeping the position for now. Bisley postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Bisley stops Magri from standing up.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Bisley fakes a head shot and lands one to the body. Bisley avoids a punch combination nicely.

Magri throws a combination that misses so Bisley counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Bisley thows a big elbow that misses. Bisley pushing down on Magri's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Bisley uses his free foot to push down on Magri's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Magri. Magri is looking to get to half guard. Bisley looking to control and managing it successfully. Bisley throwing strikes here but Magri is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Magri really wants to buck Bisley off and get back to his feet. Bisley trying to control but he's not successful this time. Bisley controlling the pace for now. Bisley's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground. Bisley looking to finish with strikes here!
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Bisley lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.

Bisley thowing shots but they're missing. Bisley misses with a head shot. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Bisley tries to control but Magri wriggling away. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Bisley punishes Magri's body with a nice straight punch. Bisley takes a step towards his opponent and connects with a left hand, before circling away. Bisley is looking to wear down Magri with body shots, infact he's throwing more body shots than head shots at the moment. Bisley keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Magri misses with a shot to the body and Bisley connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Magri rushes forward with a series of wild hooks but Bisley moves out of range and avoids them all easily. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Magri avoids any damage from the ground and pound of Bisley.

Bisley throwing shots but Magri is blocking nicely. Bisley content to control rather than advance. Bisley is looking to pass the guard... He's managed it - he's now in full mount! Bisley looking to finish with strikes here!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Bisley looking to ground and pound but Magri is blocking nicely. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Bisley punching from mount but Magri doing a good job of avoiding damage. Magri is squirming around, avoiding Bisley's attempts to control the action. Bisley connects with a couple of good shots from mount.
Bisley content just to control the position here. Bisley is in the full mount, landing strikes.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Bisley looking to control and managing it successfully. Bisley lands a heavy elbow. Charlie Magri has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! The crowd thankful this round is nearly over. Magri tries to lock up and control but Bisley gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away. Bisley thowing strikes but they're hitting the gloves, not doing any damage.
And that's the end of the fight! Garrett Bisley showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Bisley, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
