Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Zachariah Jabari (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jake Armitage (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jabari comes to the cage accompanied by Run this town. Armitage has chosen Deepforces - Harder as his entrance music. Jake Armitage has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
6 - 10 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Zachariah Jabari!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Jake Armitage!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Cecil Peabody and Daniel Franklin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Armitage has a takedown stuffed.
Armitage uses decent footwork to sidestep a right hand from Jabari.
The fighters circling - Jabari throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Armitage shoots in and drives through. Jabari sprawls well.
Jabari misses with a wild combination.
Armitage changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Jabari tries to avoid it but Armitage manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Jabari to the ground. Jabari escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Zachariah Jabari has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jake Armitage.
Armitage shoots in and bounces Jabari off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Armitage forces his way into half guard.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Armitage is working for a submission of some sort.
Armitage looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
Armitage is nestled in close to Jabari, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.
That's two minutes gone in the round.
Armitage is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Jabari doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Armitage.
Armitage is looking for a kimura but he's never going to get it from there.
Armitage looks gassed!
Jabari is looking to improve his position.

Armitage is looking for a kimura but Jabari is holding onto that half guard position, so it's hard for Armitage to get the leverage.
Armitage seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Jabari is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
