Coming up we have a bantamweight MMA rules bout between Milhouse Milhouse (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Mariuz Podolsky (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mariuz Podolsky is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the bantamweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Milhouse Milhouse!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 6 - 0, fighting out of New York, Mariuz Podolsky!
The judges for this bout are Columbo Gatti, Steve Montenegro and Dean Styles.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Podolsky moves away from the strike by Milhouse.
Podolsky shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Milhouse but Milhouse pushes him off and we're back to square one.

Milhouse gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Podolsky to score an easy takedown into full guard.
Podolsky wants to control from the top but Milhouse keeps moving.
Milhouse bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Podolsky's guard.
Milhouse's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Podolsky working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Milhouse doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Milhouse manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Podolsky is looking to slip a leg under and get half guard but Milhouse is one step ahead and moves to full mount!

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Milhouse pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage.

Milhouse's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Podolsky is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Milhouse controlling the position easily from mount.

The referee stands the fighters back up. Milhouse Milhouse just wasn't active enough from the dominant position.

Milhouse scores with a nice takedown into half guard. Let's see what he's got on the ground.
Milhouse is nestled in close to Podolsky, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Podolsky is looking for a guillotine. You can't force these things though and Milhouse defends well.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Milhouse slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Milhouse Milhouse.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
Milhouse has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent.
Milhouse has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Podolsky's face.
Milhouse tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.
