Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ron Oneil (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jack Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Fingers crossed for an exciting fight - I'm sure both fighters are looking for a nice under the table bonus!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
3 - 0 - 0, fighting out of New York, Ron Oneil! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of New York, Jack Johnson! The judges for this bout are David Schapiro, Dean Styles and John Kavanagh.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson throws out a token jab with nothing on it. Johnson misses with a hook. Oneil ducked under it nicely. Johnson throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Oneil sees it coming and avoids it easily. Johnson scores with a nice strike.
It looks like Ron Oneil has been cut. Jack Johnson seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Johnson throws a hook to the side of Oneil's head but Oneil sees it coming and ducks under it beautifully. Oneil staying out of range there. Johnson is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Oneil. Oneil lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Johnson circles away quickly and effectively. Oneil ducks under a wild hook from Johnson. Johnson displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Oneil. Oneil steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Johnson. Johnson throws an overhand right that lands on Oneil's shoulder, as Oneil tries to avoid the shot. Oneil uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Johnson.
Johnson tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Oneil was well out of range. Poor timing from Johnson. Johnson throws a jab when Oneil was well out of range. Johnson throws a left that rocks Oneil and follows with a right that sends him tumbling to the canvas! Johnson dives into side control, looking to finish! Can Oneil regain composure!
That's one minute gone in the round. Oneil is looking for a sweep. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Johnson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Oneil, who protects the arm well. Oneil is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Johnson's leg. He's managed it. Nice work. Johnson is trying to work for a kimura but Oneil is defending well.
Oneil looking for submissions from an awkward position here. Oneil is breathing heavily. Oneil manages to get to full guard.
Johnson is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action. Johnson drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Johnson jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Johnson avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Oneil working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Johnson doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Johnson manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem. Johnson stands and throws Oneil's legs to the side, diving into side control. Oneil tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Johnson wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. Johnson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Oneil, who protects the arm well. Oneil is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson tries for a kimura. Not really close to a finish though. Oneil manages to get back to half guard. Oneil is pressing down on Johnson's left leg trying to get back to full guard. He's managed it. Johnson thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position. Johnson drops back looking for a leg! Oneil is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Oneil manages to kick Johnson off! Johnson jumps back into Oneil's guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Oneil is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Johnson pushes down on Oneil's leg and manages to get into half guard. Oneil wants to improve his position but Johnson is controlling well.
Johnson is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Oneil doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Johnson. Oneil makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Oneil. Johnson forces his way into half guard. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Johnson is trying for a guillotine from the top but the pressure isn't in the right place so Oneil is just riding it out for now. Johnson eventually gives up the hold. Johnson looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jack Johnson dominated that round. The cut man is working on Ron Oneil's cut. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Johnson misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Oneil.
A telegraphed right hand from Johnson misses the target. Oneil ducks under an overhand right and circles away with a smile on his face. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Johnson connects with a good right hand that stumbles Oneil. Oneil circles away out of range and recomposes himself. Johnson looks to throw the jab but Oneil is out of range. Johnson throws an overhand right that lands on Oneil's shoulder, as Oneil tries to avoid the shot. Johnson is breathing heavily. Oneil takes a jab on the nose there. A little bit of blood seems to be coming out. Hopefully that won't affect his breathing.

That's one minute gone in the round. Oneil slips a straight right by Johnson. Johnson is really struggling to land any decent head shots against his taller opponent. Johnson swings and misses with a hook to the body.
Oneil uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Johnson.

Oneil closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Oneil lands in his opponent's guard. Oneil drops back for a leg! Johnson is fighting to maintain full guard but Oneil has managed to sneak the leg through. Johnson is trying to get back to full guard.

Oneil is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.
