Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Marwin Silva!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Robert York!
The judges for this bout are Bruno Hogan, Donatello Bradman and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
York looks to score with a jab to the body but Silva is just out of range.
York is the aggressor but that punch slipped nicely by Silva.
Silva is looking to chop away at York's legs.
York misses with a wild body shot.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Silva.
York will need to tighten up his combinations if he doesn't want to gas himself out, swinging at thin air.
York swinging wildly here.
Silva scores with a three punch combo!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Silva swings wildly with a hook that is half blocked by York.
Silva throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around York's waist but York gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Silva off to one side.
That's one minute gone in the round.
York defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Silva.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Marwin Silva. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Silva tries to clinch but York is having none of it.
Silva shoots in and drives through. York sprawls well.
York throws the kick towards the body but Silva avoids it.
Silva bobs and weaves into range and then changes levels and scores with a nice takedown into side control.
York pushes Silva away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Silva gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control.
We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if York can do anything to dispel that myth.
Silva swings around for an armbar but York sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Silva's guard.
York's corner is telling him to maintain position.

Silva has his foot on York's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. York works his way back into a safe position though.

York looks to land a combination but Silva avoids it well.
York dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Silva. That did some damage!
York throws a series of punches but Silva avoids them all with ease.
York lands a right hook to the body.
York swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.
York misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
York throws a nice outside leg kick.
York lands a left and a right that send Silva crashing to the mat, dazed. York thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Silva is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Silva drops his hands momentarily and York needs no second invitation. He sets himself and throws a perfect high kick, that clips Silva just on the top of the head. Silva drops like a sack of potatoes to the canvas, out cold! Oooooooh yeah! Stick a fork in Silva - he's done!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:01 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Robert York!
