Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Egg Nok (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Max House (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, for the lightweight championship of the world!
Introducing the champion to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 5 - 5 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Egg Nok!
And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Montreal, Max House!
The judges for this bout are Dillan Fox, Alec Ball and Elvis Blanc.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nok swinging wildly here.
House scores with a straight right hand, right through his opponent's guard.
Nok moves in looking to clinch but House pushes him off.
Nok throws a head kick that misses.
Nok misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
A jab from House does it's job there.
House avoids the body shot from Nok.

House clinches up with Nok and pushes him back against the ropes.
Nok is looking to break free of the clinch but House has double underhooks.
House tries to take the fight to the ground by pulling guard but can't manage it.
Nok has had enough of the clinch but House keeps him there for the moment.
House blocks a knee to the body. He'll have a nicely bruised forearm in the morning.
Nok looking to throw knees to the head but House is blocking nicely.
Nok can't break the clinch.

House pulls guard successfully.
Nok wants to control from the top but House keeps moving.
House bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Nok's guard.
Nok knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for House on the ground.
House trying to control but Nok is working from the bottom.
House postures up to throw the ground and pound strikes but they don't connect.
House has the superior BJJ but he's also working some ground strikes into his gameplan.

House drops back, looking for a kneebar! Nok looks panicked! The fighters roll across the mat, one looking to finish, one looking to escape. Nok looks to have wriggled free... Yes, he's got his leg free and he's dived into side control! Good work there from Nok!
The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves.
Nok throws an elbow but House slips to the side and avoids it well.

House is looking for a sweep.
Nok trying to control the position but House is working away.
Nok sitting in side control, looking to soften his opponent up with elbows and hammerfists but House is avoiding damage well and looking to escape the position.
House tries to improve position but can't.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Nok throws a leg kick but House moved away.
Nok misses with a hook. House ducked under it nicely.
House slips under a jab.
Nok misses with a head kick.
Nok connects with a solid leg kick.
House moves out of range of the body kick from Nok.
House throws a two punch combo that lands nicely.

That's two minutes gone in the round.
Nok throws a shot from downtown. House moves away and avoids it.
Nice sprawl there from Nok as House shoots in.
House tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Nok swivels and escapes.
Egg Nok has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max House.
House listening to his corner there, landing a nice uppercut.
House avoids a kick to the body.
Nok tries to clinch but fails miserably

and House decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Nok's guard.
Nok is breathing heavily.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Nok not looking particularly offensive just at the moment.

House drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Nok dives on top into guard.
House controls Nok momentarily but Nok frees himself.
Nok stays in close to House's body and controls the position.
The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Nok throwing shots from guard but he's hitting more mat than opponent.
House is trying to control the position from the bottom.

House is working actively off his back, looking to secure an arm or perhaps work for a triangle.
Nok trying to control but House is working from the bottom.

Both fighters really going for it on the ground here!

House has his foot on Nok's thigh. He's trying to push off and get in position for a triangle, I think. Nok works his way back into a safe position though.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Egg Nok.
House showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Nok.
Egg Nok is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Nok throws a leg kick that misses.

House closes the distance and clinches.

House breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Nok tries to clinch but House moves out of range.
House throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd.
Horrible takedown by House or perhaps it was just good defense by Nok which made him look bad.
House fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Nok misses with a kick to the body.
House moves out of range of the leg kick from Nok.
Nok takes a kick to the body and keeps moving.
House scores with a nice right hand.
As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
House lands a two punch combo.
House lunges at Nok with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Nok's hand.

House gets to the clinch - let's see what his plan is here.

House forces Nok back against the ropes and clinches.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Max House dominated that round.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.

Nok tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.

House has taken the fight to the clinch.

House manages to pull guard.
House is trying to keep Nok in close.

House looking for a guillotine here but Nok defends easily.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Nok keeps the fight on the outside.
House shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Nok as he avoids it easily.

Nok leaves House with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Nok feints and then cracks House's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow House down.

House looks to land a right hand but Nok moved out of range.
House punishes Nok's body with a nice straight punch.
Nok throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Nok doesn't manage to clinch there - House circles away.
Nok tries to clinch but House moves out of range.
Nok misses with a hook.

House has Nok up against the ropes in a clinch.

House escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.

House feints and as Nok raises his hands in defense, House changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
House wants to stand but Nok is controlling his posture from full guard.
Nok keeping moving, preventing House from controlling successfully.
Nok lands a beautiful switch and he's in full mount! That could spell trouble for House!
Nok wants to control the pace but House is squirming around nicely.

Nok avoids the attempt from House to control.
Nok throwing strikes here but House is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
House holding onto his opponent's waist for dear life, as Nok tries to land some strikes to get him to release his grip.

Poor strikes thrown by Nok there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.

Max House showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. So, we enter the final round. Let's see if either fighter can bring us a finish, or whether we're going to the judges scorecards.

Nok throws the left hand but House avoids the punch easily.

Egg Nok has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Max House.

House shoots in and gets a takedown into half guard. House showed some decent athleticism there.

House is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

Nok wants to control but House is keeping busy.
House stops Nok from getting back to his feet.
House thows a wild elbow that connects with the canvas.
House is trying to control the action in half guard but Nok is working away on the bottom, looking perhaps to get back to full guard.

House is working for a kimura but Nok is defending it quite comfortably.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
House thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Nok's head.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.

Max House is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Nok struggling a bit here.
House throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Egg Nok has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Nok is looking for a sweep.
House cracks Nok with a big elbow.

House thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
House working away diligently from side control. Landing strikes effectively there - that will score him some points on the judges scorecards.

And that's the end of the fight!
Max House comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well House has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
