Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Shiroi Neko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Rod Wallis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Neko comes to the cage accompanied by Machine Head - Halo. Wallis has chosen h as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

13 - 6 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Shiroi Neko! And introducing the challenger to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
11 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Rod Wallis! The judges for this bout are Vladimir Khabensky, Illya Tyunina and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Neko leaves Wallis with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt. Wallis throws a nice hook to the body that draws an oooh from the crowd. Neko throws out a loose jab but Wallis uses good head movement to avoid it. Nice uppercut lands for Neko. That snapped Wallis's head back.
Wallis ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Neko moves away. Wallis throws an overhand right that lands on Neko's shoulder, as Neko tries to avoid the shot. A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wallis. Shiroi Neko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rod Wallis. Wallis shoots in but no luck this time.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallis shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Neko as he jumps to the side. Neko thuds a left hand into Wallis's body. Wallis swings and misses with a shot to the body and Neko counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. The fighters circling - Wallis throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Wallis misses with a shot to the body and Neko counters with a left to the body. Wallis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown letting Neko counter with a right hand. Neko is using his reach advantage well here, landing the more effective single shots from range.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Wallis just misses with a punch to the body.
Wallis slips under a jab from Neko. Wallis misses with a takedown attempt and Neko counters with a nice uppercut. A nice combination there by Neko.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Wallis tries to work over Neko's front leg with a kick but Neko checks it. Wallis doesn't succeed with the takedown and Wallis takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles. Wallis is throwing a lot of body shots here, looking to wear down Neko rather than just go for the knockout. Wallis is looking for a takedown here. He's shot in and has managed to get it, finishing up in Neko's half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallis thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Neko's head. Neko has one foot on Wallis's thigh - he pushes off and manages to get back to his feet. Neko lands a head shot. Wallis lands a right hook to the body.

and Neko counters with a shot to the ribs. That looked like it hurt. Wallis doesn't succeed with the takedown and Neko counters with a flying knee. Nice.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Wallis misses with a takedown letting Neko counter with a right hand. Wallis looks gassed! Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Neko throws out a powerful jab. Wallis feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Wallis postures up in Neko's guard and throws a big left but Neko blocks it. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Wallis's corner is telling him to maintain position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Wallis moves out of range as Neko strikes. Wallis fails with the takedown and Neko connects with a straight left hand counter down the middle. Wallis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Neko counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Wallis misses with a takedown and Neko counters with a lovely straight right hand! Shiroi Neko has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Rod Wallis. Neko lands with a cross. Wallis keeping his hands up high there, blocking the jab from Neko.
That's one minute gone in the round. Wallis throws a body punch but Neko moves out of range. Neko lands a jab. Wallis with a poor takedown and Neko counters with a quick right hand to the jaw. Neko slips under a jab from Wallis. Wallis misses with a takedown enabling Neko to counter with a crisp jab. Wallis dodges the punch combination from Neko.
Wallis has his takedown stuffed and Neko cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neko throws a hook but Wallis blocks it. Wallis shoots and misses and Neko counters with a flying knee. Nice. Wallis with a lazy takedown attempt and Neko counters with a crisp hook to the side of the head. A swing and a miss from Wallis. Neko ducks under a wild hook from Wallis. Wallis misses with a takedown and Neko cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Wallis misses with a shot to the body and Neko counters with a nice uppercut. Wallis with a lazy takedown attempt and Neko counters with a straight punch to the midsection. Wallis is breathing heavily. Neko connects with a nice looking jab.
Neko lands a two punch combo.
Shiroi Neko is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs. Wallis shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Neko makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range. Wallis on the wrong end of a vicious looking body shot.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Neko connects with a single shot there. The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here. Neko lands a head kick. Wallis smiles back at him and beckons him forward.
Wallis is rocked! Neko punishes Wallis's body with a nice straight punch. Wallis is still on wobbly legs! Can Neko finish him? Neko fakes a right and follows up with a big left that drops Wallis to one knee - oooooh, he's wobbly! Wallis looks to clinch but Neko throws him off and pummels him into the canvas! Wallis taps out under the strikes! The fight is over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:29 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Strikes). Shiroi Neko! Shiroi Neko retains his middleweight title!
