Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sev Kritzkiy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Gugu Gangsta (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kritzkiy comes into the arena with Rasputin by Boney M blaring out of the sound system. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the ring.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Sev Kritzkiy! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Gugu Gangsta! The judges for this bout are Fedor Mirinova, Ivan Kurochkin and Sergei Dronov.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Gangsta fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kritzkiy fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Gangsta looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath. Gangsta looking to land some kicks to the body here.
Kritzkiy fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it! Kritzkiy avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
Gangsta is trying hard to land a takedown here. Kritzkiy sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Kritzkiy shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Gangsta manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage. Kritzkiy stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Gangsta swivels though and keeps the full guard. Kritzkiy scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Kritzkiy is working Gangsta over from the guard. He should look to pass the guard and do a little more damage with these strikes. Kritzkiy has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission. Gangsta can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Kritzkiy controls the pace. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Gangsta looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kritzkiy is one step ahead there.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kritzkiy showing good wrestling skills to control the position. Kritzkiy has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. Kritzkiy working from the guard for now, landing some ground and pound. Kritzkiy slows down the pace of the fight for a moment. He'll need to remain active if he doesn't want to see the fight stood back up.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Gangsta is looking to stand back up... there's a bit of a scramble and Kritzkiy dives into side control.
Kritzkiy tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Kritzkiy has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! The referee tells the fighters to keep busy.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sev Kritzkiy. Gangsta with a lazy takedown attempt and Kritzkiy counters with a nice double leg into guard. Kritzkiy is trying to work a guillotine from the top, or something like that? Don't know how he thinks he's going to get a finish from there.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kritzkiy sneaks a leg through and gets to half guard. That was like a knife through butter how easily he passed Gangsta's guard. Kritzkiy is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Gangsta looks like he's trying to stand up.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Kritzkiy is controlling the pace.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd. Gangsta tries to roll over but Kritzkiy keeps him under control. Kritzkiy content to control rather than advance. Gangsta wants to get back to his feet.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Gangsta gets caught on his heels momentarily as he allows Kritzkiy to score an easy takedown into full guard. Kritzkiy postures up and lands some nice ground and pound. Gangsta wants to improve his position but instead Kritzkiy has moved into half guard.
Kritzkiy content to control rather than advance. The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Kritzkiy lands a nice short elbow. Kritzkiy takes a deep breath and rests his weight momentarily on top of his opponent, to control the position. Kritzkiy lands a big shot. The thud that echoes around the arena is like music to the fans' ears.

Gangsta has hold of Kritzkiy's hands but Kritzkiy slips his arm to the side and lands an elbow. Kritzkiy lands with an elbow from half guard - that looked like it hurt. Well, if Kritzkiy is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sev Kritzkiy. Kritzkiy has managed to clinch.
Kritzkiy gets control of Gangsta's arms and successfully pulls guard. Kritzkiy will no doubt be looking for submissions off his back. Kritzkiy is pulling down on Gangsta's head. It's preventing any offense from Gangsta, at least for the moment. Gangsta must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Kritzkiy escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Gangsta gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance. Kritzkiy pulls Gangsta in close to his closed guard and prevents Gangsta from doing any damage or advancing position. Gangsta trying to control the position from guard on top but Kritzkiy is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kritzkiy seems keen to control Gangsta's posture.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up, due to lack of activity on the part of Sev Kritzkiy. Gangsta throws a leg kick that is checked and Kritzkiy counters with a shoot takedown into half guard. Kritzkiy not landing any meaningful shots this time. Sev Kritzkiy overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Kritzkiy content to control rather than advance.

Kritzkiy distracts Gangsta with his right hand and drops a big elbow with his other arm. Kritzkiy is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Gangsta is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Kritzkiy makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Kritzkiy loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kritzkiy won't allow Gangsta to get back to his feet. Gangsta has momentary wrist control but Kritzkiy slips an elbow through the middle. Gangsta really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Kritzkiy. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Kritzkiy controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Kritzkiy drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Kritzkiy jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position. Kritzkiy sitting in guard, not really doing much.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Kritzkiy pushing down on Gangsta's thigh, trying to pass to half guard. He's managed it... Nice work. Kritzkiy is just sitting in half guard, waiting for something to happen. Gangsta looking for submissions off his back. Kritzkiy gets a takedown into half guard. Kritzkiy perhaps working for something from half guard, or maybe not. It looks like he's just sitting there.
And that's the end of the fight! Sev Kritzkiy showed his dominance in that final round. Well Kritzkiy has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
