Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Joao Xaviano (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jason Duncan (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Xaviano comes into the arena with Rock Superstar - Cypress Hill blaring out of the sound system. Joao Xaviano looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Xaviano tries to clinch up but Duncan circles away and keeps his distance.
Xaviano looks exhausted already! Oh dear, he should have come in in better shape than this!
Duncan lands a body shot.
Duncan will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Duncan throws the kick towards the body but Xaviano avoids it.
Xaviano looks shocked there as he takes a right hand to the temple.
It looks like Joao Xaviano has been cut.
No joy there for Duncan, who threw a few shots but didn't land.
Duncan lands a left and a right that send Xaviano crashing to the mat, dazed. Duncan thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!
Xaviano is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Duncan misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Oh Xaviano is still all over the place! His legs are completely gone! Will he be able to recover?!!
Xaviano switches off momentarily and Duncan cracks him with a monster right hand! Xaviano topples backwards and makes a semi conscious attempt to cover up, as Duncan dives in to land one more shot, before the referee has time to call the fight. What a finish by Duncan!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:26 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Jason Duncan!
