The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Webber uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from ol.

ol turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and ol manages to end up in side control.

ol has a body lock and is looking for a takedown. Webber is bouncing around trying to prevent the takedown and somehow he has indeed managed to stay on his feet.

The fighters are pressed against the cage, as the pace of the fight slows.
ol is trying to trip Webber. He has hold of a leg but Webber is hopping around, keeping his balance for the moment. ol persists though and gets the takedown into guard.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!

Webber working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. ol doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. ol manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

A real slowdown in the pace of the fight for a moment, as Webber holds on and takes a little breather.

ol throws and elbow that misses. Webber uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in ol's guard. Nice move by Webber!

Joil Webber seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
