Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Ren Del (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taleco Sarturi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are George Francis, Tiny Johnson and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Del closes the distance and pushes Sarturi back into the cage.

Del breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.
Del throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Sarturi.

and Del counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Sarturi's corner are shouting for him to stand up but that's bad cornering - how is he meant to stand up when he's mounted? He should be looking to improve his position on the ground before trying to stand back up.

Ren Del is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.

Sarturi escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Del gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.
Sarturi wants to get back to his feet but Del is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Sarturi can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Del controls the pace.
Taleco Sarturi has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
Ren Del is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
Ren Del overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far.
The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.
