Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Eddie Hughes (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ivan Illianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Hughes comes to the cage accompanied by Extreme Fight Music. Illianenko is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Only God Can Judge Me. Ivan Illianenko has the eye of the tiger tonight.

The judges for this bout are Hirohito Nitta, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Hughes finds nothing but air with that leg kick attempt.
Illianenko misses with a wild combination.
The fight stays on the outside here - Hughes looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
Illianenko stalks Hughes and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Hughes's face. Hughes staggers backwards, shaken.
Illianenko throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Hughes.
Hughes moves in looking to clinch but Illianenko pushes him off.
Hughes throws a wild body kick that Illianenko sees coming a mile off.
A combination from Illianenko does no damage.

Hughes gets taken down but at least he's managed to land in guard.
Illianenko throws a big right hand that misses.
Hughes wants to get back to his feet but Illianenko is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Illianenko slows down the pace of the fight, as he sits in guard.

Illianenko lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Illianenko passes easily into side control. Nice work.

Illianenko has an Americana. Hughes didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Illianenko is delighted and gyrates in front of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Illianenko hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
