Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Casey Palmer (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Tyler Haugen (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Franklyn Lucas, Dean Styles and Anthony Taglia.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmer moves out of range as Haugen throws a body kick.
Haugen waving his hands out in front of him, looking to distract Palmer.
Haugen checks a leg kick.
Haugen fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Palmer manages to avoid it.
Palmer cracks Haugen with a right hand to the side of the head.
Haugen tries to clinch up but Palmer circles away and keeps his distance.
Palmer uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Haugen.
Haugen goes for a spinning back kick but it misses.
A looping hook to the body misses from Haugen. Palmer does a little dance to reset his feet.
Haugen moves in looking to clinch but Palmer pushes him off.
Haugen is looking to take this fight into the clinch.

Haugen throws a lazy right hand but Palmer sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.
Haugen wants to clinch but Palmer slips to the side
letting Palmer counter with a right hand.
Haugen smiles there as he lands a nice right hand right on the button.
It looks like Casey Palmer has been cut.
Palmer lands a two punch combo.
Haugen looks gassed!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Palmer scores with a hook.
Haugen swings wildly with a right hand that was never going to find it's target.
Haugen throws a jab but it's blocked by Palmer.
Palmer lands a jab, followed by a cross and another cross, as Haugen backs up against the cage.
That has opened up Tyler Haugen's cut even more.

and Palmer counters with a lovely straight right hand!

Palmer connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Haugen momentarily.
Palmer throws a series of strikes that have Haugen backpedaling.

Palmer drops Haugen with a left right combo! Palmer follows him down to the ground into side control.

The cut above Tyler Haugen's eye is starting to cause him problems now.
Palmer tries to advance to mount but can't.

As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action.
Haugen is not content to let Palmer control the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Palmer misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Tyler Haugen's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.
