Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Big Chis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and vrach kastrolog (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The judges for this bout are Sergei Dronov, Vladimir Khabensky and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
kastrolog lands with a nice combination. Chis backs away looking to recover.
It looks like Big Chis has been cut.
A big head kick from kastrolog and Chis is sent sprawling to the canvas!

Chis wants to get back to his feet but kastrolog is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

kastrolog parries the strikes from Chis easily there. Chis is wary of posturing up too much because it might enable kastrolog to escape.
Chis throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Chis tries to score with some ground and pound. kastrolog controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Chis connects with a nice short shot to kastrolog's temple.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Chis is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and kastrolog defends it well.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Chis lands a nice short elbow.
Chis uses his free foot to push down on kastrolog's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for kastrolog.

kastrolog cracks Chis with an uppercut from hell and Chis crumples to the canvas, he's out! Oh no, he's recovered and he's grabbed one of kastrolog's legs and pulled him into guard. The ref thought about stopping it there but he's let it go - good reffing!

That was a close second round but I would say that Big Chis will probably get the nod.
