Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Mario Kreutzberg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carl Cobalt (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Kreutzberg comes to the cage accompanied by "Engel" by Rammstein. Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 4 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Mario Kreutzberg! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of St Petersburg, Carl Cobalt! The judges for this bout are Konstantin Menshow, Aleksei Zolotukhin and Ivan Kurochkin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Cobalt shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Kreutzberg as he avoids it easily. Kreutzberg throws a head kick but Cobalt moves out of range.
Kreutzberg is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Cobalt blocks the body kick.

Kreutzberg throws a sloppy head kick and Cobalt moves out of range easily. Cobalt shoots in for a takedown but Kreutzberg shows good takedown defense. Kreutzberg pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Carl Cobalt seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Cobalt feints and as Kreutzberg raises his hands in defense, Cobalt changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard. Cobalt tries to free his leg and advance position but Kreutzberg is retaining full guard. Cobalt missing there with some ground and pound from the guard. Cobalt postures up.
Cobalt won't allow Kreutzberg to get back to his feet. Cobalt pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Kreutzberg is keeping the position for now. Kreutzberg is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cobalt is holding a leg here, probably looking for an ankle lock - he drops back and goes for it! Kreutzberg is in trouble! Is it all over??? No! Kreutzberg has escaped and now he's on top! Cobalt looks gassed! Kreutzberg trying to pass the guard but can't manage it just yet. Kreutzberg trying to stand up but can't free himself from Cobalt's guard. Cobalt looking to hit a scissor sweep but Kreutzberg is one step ahead there.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Kreutzberg loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Kreutzberg pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Cobalt is keeping the position for now. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Cobalt keeping moving, preventing Kreutzberg from controlling successfully.

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Cobalt scores with a three punch combo!
Cobalt is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Left hook, right uppercut from Cobalt. Cobalt circles away from the clinch attempt.
Cobalt swats away the attempt to clinch by Kreutzberg. Cobalt shoots in for a takedown but Kreutzberg shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Mario Kreutzberg has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carl Cobalt. Kreutzberg throws a sloppy head kick and Cobalt moves out of range easily. Kreutzberg is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Kreutzberg fails with an attempt to clinch.
Kreutzberg goes for a spinning back kick but it misses. Cobalt will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts. Kreutzberg pulls out of a head kick attempt.

Cobalt throws a right and a left that Kreutzberg avoids nicely. Horrible takedown by Kreutzberg or perhaps it was just good defense by Cobalt which made him look bad. Cobalt fails to land the takedown. Some wild striking there from Cobalt.
Cobalt shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Kreutzberg as he jumps to the side. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carl Cobalt dominated that round. The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action!
Kreutzberg has closed the distance and engaged Cobalt in a clinch.
Kreutzberg's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does. Kreutzberg defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Cobalt. A head kick misses from Kreutzberg. Cobalt scores a takedown into full mount! Cobalt throwing strikes here but Kreutzberg is writhing around nicely and avoiding any serious damage.
Kreutzberg is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
Cobalt avoids the attempt from Kreutzberg to control. Cobalt lands a big shot there that rocks Kreutzberg but he's holding on and managing to survive for now.
Kreutzberg tries to hold on but Cobalt postures up. Cobalt in mount throwing good strikes here, bouncing his opponent's head off the canvas.
That's one minute gone in the round. Cobalt lands a couple of nice shots there from mount.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Cobalt landing strikes, looking to finish! Kreutzberg is writhing around trying to get back to his feet. Cobalt dominating with strikes here. Kreutzberg slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Cobalt slips a nice elbow through Kreutzberg's hands, connecting with Kreutzberg's forehead. The fighters are battling for position here. Kreutzberg manages to regain full guard. Nice work. Cobalt scores with a decent looking elbow strike. Cobalt makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Cobalt with a couple of shots to the head there. Not particularly brutal. Cobalt with a nice head shot there. Cobalt stands and throws Kreutzberg's legs to the side, diving into side control.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Cobalt scores with a couple of short elbows. Cobalt lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face. Cobalt working the head and body with strikes. Kreutzberg is trying to stand back up. He's worked his way up against the cage but Cobalt has just dragged him back down to the mat. Cobalt swings around for an armbar but Kreutzberg sees it coming a mile off and turns beautifully into Cobalt's guard. Kreutzberg might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Kreutzberg wants to control from the top but Cobalt keeps moving. Cobalt tries to land a sweep but no joy.

Cobalt closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Cobalt lands in his opponent's guard. Cobalt is sitting in guard, working some ground and pound. Cobalt loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Cobalt throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Kreutzberg works some decent striking defense from the bottom. Cobalt tries to free his leg and advance position but Kreutzberg is retaining full guard. Kreutzberg controls Cobalt momentarily but Cobalt frees himself. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Hammerfist, elbow! yells Cobalt's corner. There ya go! There ya go! And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Carl Cobalt showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. Well, the break between rounds is over. Let's get back to the scrappin! Let's get this one finished - here comes the final round!
Cobalt misses with a takedown attempt and Kreutzberg counters with a kick to the head that grazes his opponent. Cobalt is lucky that one didn't land flush. Kreutzberg dodges the punch combination from Cobalt.
Mario Kreutzberg is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Danga de danga de dang - Kreutzberg scores with a four punch combination! A left and a right from Kreutzberg both land. Nice combination. Cobalt feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position. Cobalt loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Cobalt working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage. Cobalt drops back for a leg but he's not going to get it - he lets go and Kreutzberg dives on top into guard. Kreutzberg looking to sit in guard and control but Cobalt gets the butterfly guard and sweeps. He's now in the guard on the top. Both fighters are breathing heavily. Cobalt lands a couple of digs.
That's one minute gone in the round. Kreutzberg is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent. Cobalt chips away with some ground and pound. Cobalt stops Kreutzberg from standing up. Cobalt lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard. Cobalt cracks Kreutzberg with a solid left hand. Cobalt throws and elbow that misses. Kreutzberg uses the momentum to reverse the position. He's now in Cobalt's guard. Nice move by Kreutzberg! Kreutzberg would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Kreutzberg has to be careful here, sitting in the guard of a superior BJJ player.

Kreutzberg is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Cobalt has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Kreutzberg is looking to defend but Cobalt has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Kreutzberg! Cobalt pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Kreutzberg taps out and this one is all over!
