Sotomayor comes to the cage accompanied by Enter Sandman - Metallica. The crowd seem to be enjoying McButticutty's choice of entrance music: Queen and David Bowie - Under Pressure. Angus McButticutty is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Mauricio Rocha, Emerson Jorge and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sotomayor thows a body shot but no joy.
McButticutty slips under a jab from Sotomayor.
Sotomayor avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
McButticutty leaves Sotomayor with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
McButticutty uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Sotomayor.
McButticutty tries to clinch but Sotomayor is having none of it.
Sotomayor throws a hook to the body but it doesn't connect.
Sotomayor closes the distance and clinches up with McButticutty, looking for a takedown. Sotomayor pushes McButticutty against the cage but McButticutty circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
McButticutty throws a feint and then finishes with a kick to the body.
McButticutty throws a front kick aimed at Sotomayor's knee but Sotomayor avoids it well.
Sotomayor misses with a wild body shot.
McButticutty connects with a looping left hand that seems like it dazed Sotomayor momentarily.
It looks like Bruno Sotomayor has been cut.
Sotomayor lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Sotomayor throws a body punch but McButticutty moves out of range.
Sotomayor looks to land a left hand but McButticutty moved out of range nicely.
Sotomayor scores with a nice head shot.
Sotomayor throws an uppercut from half a mile away. McButticutty sees it coming and avoids it easily.
McButticutty connects with a good straight punch right through the guard and follows up with a right hook and a left hook! That last one sent Sotomayor tumbling to the canvas! McButticutty pours on the pressure with more strikes and the referee has no hesitation diving in to stop the fight! Sotomayor was done - good stoppage!
