Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jhonatan Faust (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

The judges for this bout are Luis Engracia, Felipe Paraventi and Leandro Rodrigues.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Faust moves into the clinch.
Faust pulls Gracie into guard.
Faust keeping moving, preventing Gracie from controlling successfully.
Faust controlling the position.
Faust wants to get back to his feet but Gracie is in a dominant position and won't allow it.

Gracie trying to control the position from guard on top but Faust is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Gracie tries to free his leg and advance position but Faust is retaining full guard.
Faust bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Gracie's guard.

Faust stands and steps away. Gracie gets to his feet too and we're back to the striking game.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.
Faust closes the distance and pushes Gracie back into the cage.
Faust has moved round to his opponent's back and is looking for a suplex! Oh snap! He's tossed Gracie clear over his head and slammed him to the mat!

Faust tries to get the hooks in deep but Gracie pushed the leg off.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Gracie looks to control his opponent's hands but he's not mananging it at the moment.
Faust is riding his opponent, not letting Gracie buck him off.

The crowd are getting on the fighters' backs, as the pace has dropped off in the last minute or so.
You can see the frustration on Gracie's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.

Faust closes the distance and lands a one-two.
Nice sprawl there from Gracie as Faust shoots in.
Faust drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
Faust wants to lay and pray for a moment but Gracie keeps working.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jhonatan Faust.

Faust clinches up with Gracie and pushes him back against the cage.
Faust breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat.

and Faust decides to take the opportunity to score a takedown. He's landed in Gracie's guard.

Gracie is looking to improve his position but Faust isn't that keen on the idea.

Faust fakes a shot to the body and cracks his opponent in the head. Nice ground and pound there!
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Gracie is writhing around trying to get back to his feet.
Faust scoring with strikes but Gracie is staying in there.

Gracie is trying to reverse the position but instead Faust has taken his back - oops!

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Faust controls the action.

The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end.

Jhonatan Faust showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action! This is the final round!
Faust darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Jhonatan Faust.
Faust feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.

Both fighters are breathing heavily.

Gracie takes a nasty elbow to the side of the head.
Faust stands up.
Faust pushes Gracie up against the cage in a clinch.

Gracie gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Faust throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Gracie tries to clinch but Faust moves away
and Faust counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Faust is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long.
Faust stands up over Gracie, holding his feet. He dives back in and lands a decent shot to the head.
Gracie is working an open guard here, looking to improve his position. No doubt that will leave him open to counters but at least he's being more offensive.

Faust passes Gracie's left leg - he's now in half guard.
Gracie is looking for a sweep. Faust is wise to his cunning plan and keeps the top position.
Faust postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Gracie to stand up.
