Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Raimonds Bergmanis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Carlos The Animal (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Bergmanis might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Twiztid - We Don't Die. The Animal is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by You can´t escape the great Cornholio. Carlos The Animal has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The Animal drives through with a really nice takedown into side control.
The Animal tries to score with some ground and pound. Bergmanis controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.

Bergmanis is working for a guillotine from mount but The Animal frees his head quite easily.

Bergmanis looks towards his corner to check for any instructions. The corner give him nothing to work with, so he cracks The Animal with a short hammerfist. I guess that's as good as any advice he could get in this position.

The Animal will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.

Raimonds Bergmanis has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Carlos The Animal.
The Animal tries to score a power double leg takedown but Bergmanis sees that one coming and sprawls well. That will dishearten The Animal somewhat.
The Animal misses with a jab, cross combination.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The Animal got a little sloppy there for a moment and Bergmanis has worked his way into a loose triangle - can he finish it?! No, The Animal has managed to get both his arms back between Bergmanis's legs - danger averted.

The Animal content to sit in guard, stalling... Great. Oh but he could get punished here because Bergmanis has locked up a guillotine! Bergmanis's face is contorted as he sqeezes tight on the submission attempt - will he finish? The Animal is holding on here and Bergmanis must be using up a lot of energy. The Animal has gone limp! He's out! He's out cold! Bergmanis gets to his feet, tossing aside his stricken foe. Arms raised, he milks the applause from the crowd. Great submission!
