Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Al Wuzz (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Retri Paladin (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Wuzz comes to the cage accompanied by Lützenkirchen - Cairo on Acid. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 11 - 14 - 0, fighting out of London, Al Wuzz!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 12 - 9 - 0, fighting out of London, Retri Paladin!
The judges for this bout are Chris Edwards, James Ackerman and Sam Margolis.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Paladin displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wuzz.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wuzz escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Paladin gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Wuzz had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Paladin defends it easily.

Wuzz working from the bottom, still in full guard. He's managed to get a loose triangle. Paladin doesn't seem to be doing much to defend here, obviously he feels comfortable in the position. Paladin manages to throw the legs off his shoulder and he's back into guard - no problem.

Wuzz will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions.

A momentary lapse in concentration from Paladin enables Wuzz to shoot in and score with a neat double leg. Paladin manages to secure a closed guard as the fighters hit the mat.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Well I reckon that's a shut out for Wuzz, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
