Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Funtime Panda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ken Bandy (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Ken Bandy!
The judges for this bout are Eliza Hachem, Donatello Bradman and Damien Edna.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Panda feints and then dives in with a takedown. That was a long way out but the feint bought him enough time to close the distance and complete the takedown. Now we'll play guard for a bit and see who can get the better of that position.
Panda wants to control from the top but Bandy keeps moving.
Panda throws a big right hand that misses.
Bandy is trying to keep Panda in close.
Bandy is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far.
Panda in full guard, throwing the ground and pound. No damage this time.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Bandy looking to hit a scissor sweep but Panda is one step ahead there.
Panda loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bandy tries a switch kick but it misses it's target.
Bandy has his takedown stuffed
and Panda counters with a nice double leg into half guard.
Bandy really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Panda. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Bandy tries to get to full guard but Panda has control of the leg.
The referee walks around the fighters to get a better view of the action. Panda lands a nice short elbow.
Panda passes the half guard and he's now in mount! Big trouble for Bandy!
The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Panda cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!

This has been an exciting period of action!
Panda scores with a couple of good head shots there.
Bandy is rocked!
Panda postures up and connects with a big shot that has rocked Bandy badly. He's trying desperately to grab hold of Panda around the waist but Panda pushes him off and unloads with more strikes, forcing the referee to jump in and save him! Panda is the winner by TKO! Panda jumps onto the cage and shouts into the camera. "We did it momma!"
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:02 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Funtime Panda!
