Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quinton Jackson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jordan Smith (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Jackson's entrance music is Rampage. A fine choice. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The judges for this bout are Frank Dennis, Daniel Franklin and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jackson scores with a jab to the body.
Jackson is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot.
Smith walks forward and throws out a flicking leg kick. Jackson checks it nicely though, as he moves to the side.
Smith gets cracked with a nice right hand there by Jackson.
Jackson slaps away a takedown attempt from Smith, before circling back to the center of the mat.
The fighters circling - Jackson throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Smith shoots in looking for a takedown. Jackson tries to sprawl out of it but Smith keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Jackson manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Smith avoids a punch combination nicely.
Smith tries to close the distance and clinch but Jackson swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.
Smith fakes a jab and throws a low kick but Jackson checks it well.
Smith checks a leg kick.
Smith misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
A bone on bone clash there as Jackson blocks the leg kick.
Jackson throws a leg kick that misses.
Smith tries to clinch but Jackson moves out of range.

Smith takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.
Jackson leaves Smith with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Quinton Jackson has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jordan Smith.
Horrible takedown by Smith or perhaps it was just good defense by Jackson which made him look bad.

Jackson throws a chopping leg kick but Smith manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Smith on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Jackson. Jackson obviously looking to wear him down.
Quinton Jackson is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Smith takes one to the chin there.
Jackson lands with a right hand.
Smith is rocked!
Jackson throws a push kick but Smith slaps the foot to one side.
Smith is still on wobbly legs! Can Jackson finish him?
Jackson scores with a nice right hand.

BOOM! Jackson lands a beautiful left hook that drops Smith. Smith tries to recover but Jackson is having none of it, landing more punishing shots from mount. One final crushing shot and Smith lies motionless on the canvas. The fight is over!
