Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Karaoglu looking for a takedown here - he's got it.
Gaules wants to stand up but Karaoglu is controlling him.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Karaoglu trying to control but Gaules is working from the bottom.
Gaules wants to stand but Karaoglu is controlling the position.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Gaules fails with the takedown
and Karaoglu counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground.
Gaules is breathing heavily.

Karaoglu wants to control from the top but Gaules keeps moving.
Gaules pushes Karaoglu off and scrambles back to his feet.
Karaoglu scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.
Karaoglu is in a dominant position here, looking for a kimura. Gaules looks calm but he's in trouble here. Karaoglu gets his leg over his opponent's head and yanks on the arm. Gaules is tapping like a morse code operator on the titanic! SOS! SOS! Karaoglu lets go of the hold and Gaules can pop his arm back in it's socket.
