Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Garrett Oden (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juan Miranda (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Oden comes to the cage accompanied by Alchemist. Alchemists.. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The judges for this bout are Chris Downing, Robert Twigg and Tiny Johnson.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Miranda tries to clinch but Oden moves out of range.
Oden circles away from the clinch attempt.
Oden shoots in but Miranda avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Miranda lands a nice looking body kick.
Oden closes the distance and clinches up with Miranda, looking for a takedown. Oden pushes Miranda against the cage but Miranda circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Oden fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Garrett Oden. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Miranda throws a series of punches but Oden moves out of range.
Miranda stuffs a takedown. It's all about dictating where the fight takes place and Miranda wants it to stay on the feet.
Miranda connects with a solid leg kick.
Miranda works Oden's body with a nice hook.
Oden is breathing heavily.
Miranda throws a one two combo.

It looks like Garrett Oden has been cut.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

Miranda fakes with a right hand and throws a good leg kick, right into the thigh. That had to hurt Oden.
Miranda connects with a high kick.
Miranda connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Garrett Oden's cut is getting worse.

Miranda feints and then cracks Oden's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Oden down.
Miranda wants to clinch up but Oden keeps it at a distance.
Miranda lands with an overhand left.
Oden gets cracked there but stands up to it.

Miranda lands a big head kick that sends Oden tumbling to the mat! Miranda takes a step backwards and waves Oden back to his feet - he wants the finish!

Garrett Oden's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
Miranda looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Miranda throws a head kick that Oden semi-blocks.

Jeez, Garrett Oden's cut is really nasty now. The referee must be thinking about getting that checked.
Oden takes a shot to the body in his stride.

Oden on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Miranda lands a left and a right that send Oden crashing to the mat, dazed. Miranda thinks about following him to the mat but decides to wave him back up to his feet!

Oden is rocked!

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Garrett Oden's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
