The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The sound of bone on bone echoes around the arena as Nottingham checks a leg kick.
Nottingham changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Slapyaface tries to avoid it but Nottingham manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Slapyaface to the ground. Slapyaface escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

Nottingham shoots in with a lovely double leg takedown. Slapyaface manages to land in full guard to minimise the damage.

The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring.

Oooooooooooh, not good. A low kick from Slapyaface lands where it shouldn't have, right in the... well, you know what he did? He kicked him in the penis. He's injured, injured bad. The referee sends both fighters to their corners and Nottingham has 5 minutes to recover. He's OK now though... a thumbs up from Nottingham and we're back underway with a touch of gloves.
Slapyaface sizes up Nottingham with a pawing jab and scores with a straight right down the middle.
Nottingham shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Slapyaface pinned against the cage. Slapyaface gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
