The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pride is looking to clinch but Golubev is avoiding it.
Nice takedown defense from Pride. No joy for Golubev on that attempt.
Golubev avoids the head kick by Pride.

Golubev darts in and clinches Pride up against the cage.
Golubev lands a right hand.
Golubev tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Pride smiles and moves away.
