Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Bruce Lee (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Darius Ellis (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Lee might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to The Ultimate Fighter. Ellis has chosen D-Town Boogie as his entrance music. Darius Ellis is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Bruce Lee! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Darius Ellis! The judges for this bout are Robert Twigg, Alan Glass and Stewart Dunkirk.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Nice sprawl there from Lee as Ellis shoots in. Ellis looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight! Lee fails with an attempt to clinch.
Ellis circles away from the clinch attempt.
Lee fails in his attempt to clinch. Lee tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Ellis shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Lee but Lee pushes him off and we're back to square one. Lee tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Darius Ellis seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Ellis fails with a takedown attempt. Bruce Lee has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Darius Ellis. Lee tries to clinch up. Ellis is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Lee misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.

Lee darts in and clinches Ellis up against the cage. Lee prevents Ellis from breaking the clinch. Ellis's corner are urging him to control the action in the clinch for a moment, rather than mount any serious offense. I'm sure the crowd appreciate those instructions... not. A knee to the head by Lee.
Lee lands a shoulder strike that jolts his opponent's head backwards. A short uppercut from Lee. Lee wants to break free but Ellis has control.

Lee moves in looking to clinch but Ellis pushes him off. Ellis shoots in for a takedown but Lee shows good takedown defense. Nice cross by Lee. Lee misses with a head kick.
Ellis misses with the body kick and Lee counters with a left and a right that stings Ellis. Lee wants to clinch up but Ellis keeps it at a distance. Lee tries a head kick but it misses.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Ellis misses with a leg kick and Lee makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Ellis really felt that one! Lee tries a head kick but it misses.

A right-left combo lands from Lee. Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd. Ellis takes a kick to the body and keeps moving. Lee scores with a reasonable looking shot to the body. Ellis doesn't seem bothered though. Ellis tries to clinch but Lee is having none of it. Ellis shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Lee as he avoids it easily. Ellis swats away the attempt to clinch by Lee. Ellis takes a kick to the side of the head. Lee keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. A chopping leg kick lands by Lee. Ellis has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him. Lee wants to clinch. Ellis fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Lee sprawls well initially but Ellis persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee trying to get back to full guard but Ellis takes advantage of the position and moves to full mount! Lee is trying to get to the cage to help him get back to his feet.

Ellis sitting in mount, just looking to control for the moment. Lee might be looking to lock onto one of his opponent's long limbs for a submission, whilst we're on the ground. Lee can't escape the position.
That's four minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Ellis controlling his opponent. Ellis blocks Lee's feeble attempts to strike from the bottom. Ellis pausing momentarily but resumes with a couple of decent strikes that do a bit of damage. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. The crowd growing excited in anticipation of a finish here! Right on cue, Ellis cracks his opponent with a massive right hand that draws loud cheers!
Lee is trying to stand up. Ellis controlling his opponent. Lee is desperately trying to get back to half guard.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Ellis won't let Lee get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now. Lee tries to reverse the position but Ellis maintains control. Lee is not a happy chappy… he wants out of there.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Bruce Lee dominated that round. The minute break is over - no more time for sponges and pep talks - back to the action!

Bruce Lee is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things. Ellis walks straight into a jab right on the nose. That one stung - he's blinking and trying to clear his head. Lee is looking to clinch but Ellis is avoiding it.

Ellis is looking to chop away at Lee's legs. Ellis avoids the head kick by Lee.

Ellis circles away from the clinch attempt and Ellis counters with a shoot takedown. Lee fights it but they end up in guard. Lee is trying to stand up but he's not managed so far. Lee knows he needs to get back to his feet asap. He's simply no match for Ellis on the ground. Ellis wants to pass the guard but Lee is keeping the position. Ellis trying to control but Lee is working from the bottom. Ellis prevents Lee from getting back to his feet. Ellis won't allow Lee to sweep him here. Lee wants to stand up but Ellis is controlling him. Lee tries to land a sweep but no joy. Lee keeping moving, preventing Ellis from controlling successfully.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. A combination from Ellis does no damage.

Ellis keeps the fight on the outside. Lee misses with a double jab
and Ellis counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ellis won't allow Lee to get back to his feet. Ellis controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Lee wants to stand but Ellis is controlling the position. Lee wants to sweep here but Ellis controlling him for the moment. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Lee wants to hit a switch here but Ellis passes into full mount! Oh no, disaster for Lee there! Ellis controlling from the full mount. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close second round but I would say that Bruce Lee will probably get the nod. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Lee tries to kick Ellis off but Ellis keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Lee is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Lee flails away from the bottom but he's not doing any damage.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Lee tries to clinch up and Ellis counters with a nice double leg into guard. Ellis is standing up over Lee. Lee looks to escape but Ellis dives into side control.
Ellis happy to just control the position for now. Lee tries to buck Ellis off but Ellis is having none of it. Ellis in side control, just content to control the action for now. Lee is trying to get back to half guard. He's pushing on Ellis's leg. He's managed it. Nice work.

Ellis stands up from half guard... He's had enough of that ground malarky for the time being. Ellis looks frusrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Lee's corner calls for a 1,2 combination and Lee duly obliges. We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage! Left hook, right uppercut from Lee. Bruce Lee is winning the standup battle so far. Lee tries to clinch but Ellis moves out of range. Lee wants to clinch but Ellis slips to the side and Ellis counters with a one-two to the body. Lee lands with a nice body kick. Darius Ellis has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! As the round comes to an end the crowd are showing their appreciation for a great round of action. Lee wants to clinch and Ellis counters with a one-two to the body. Ellis takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards. Lee tries to clinch up but Ellis circles away and keeps his distance.
And that's the end of the fight! Bruce Lee showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Lee, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
