Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Jay Sayle (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Hulk Harmon (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Harmon has chosen Coming Undone as his entrance music. Jay Sayle has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Jay Sayle! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of London, Hulk Harmon! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Chris Edwards and Andrew Berry.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Sayle tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Harmon swivels and escapes. Sayle changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Harmon looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better. A lull in the action here as Sayle stalls from top position. Sayle throws an elbow but Harmon slips to the side and avoids it well. Sayle is moving around in side control but his primary objective seems to be to maintain the position. Sayle stands up and beckons Harmon to his feet. Harmon tries a head kick but it misses.
A punch combination from Sayle misses. Sayle shoots in for a takedown but doesn't get it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harmon tries to clinch up but Sayle circles away and keeps his distance. Harmon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sayle counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw. Sayle gets a takedown into half guard. Sayle slows the pace down in half guard. Sayle has controlled the position for a good 20 seconds, which will no doubt be starting to frustrate his opponent. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Sayle's ground tactics aren't going to win him many fans. Let's hope he's got fireworks for us if he gets back to his feet because he's not doing much on the ground.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Sayle is scoring with some nice ground and pound from the dominant position. Harmon is looking to regain full guard. Not this time though. Harmon is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two. Well, if Sayle is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Nice strikes from Sayle there. Sayle tries to stand and escape but Harmon is controlling the position. Sayle is thwarting Harmon's attempts to control the position. Harmon might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Sayle kaven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harmon is trying to avoid being dragged into an even worse position than he's already in but Sayle is staying active. Sayle wants to take a breather but Harmon is having none of it.
The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up. Sayle tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Harmon swivels and escapes. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Jay Sayle. That's going to take a lot out of him. Sayle is breathing heavily. Harmon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sayle counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Harmon! Sayle controlling his opponent. Sayle wants to control the pace but Harmon is squirming around nicely. Sayle working for a submission but Harmon is keeping him at bay.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Sayle looking to finish with strikes here!
Harmon manages to regain half guard. Good work. Harmon kicks off Sayle and gets to his feet. Harmon shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Sayle counters with a takedown into full mount! That could mean trouble for Harmon! This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff! The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Sayle wants to finish this one by submission but Harmon is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Sayle. Sayle prevents Harmon from getting the reversal. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jay Sayle dominated that round. OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Sayle keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Harmon shoots in but Sayle avoids the takedown attempt easily. Excellent takedown into side control there by Sayle. Harmon struggling a bit here. Sayle thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead. Sayle decides to stand back up. Harmon misses with a takedown and Sayle counters with a driving takedown into guard. Nice work there by Sayle. Jay Sayle has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hulk Harmon.
That's one minute gone in the round. Harmon avoiding any damage from the ground and pound. Sayle passes Harmon's left leg - he's now in half guard. Harmon wants to get back to his feet.
Harmon is breathing heavily. Sayle wants to lay and pray for a moment but Harmon keeps working. Sayle uses his free foot to push down on Harmon's thigh. Eventually he works his other foot free and he's advanced to mount - this is trouble for Harmon. Harmon is in all sorts of trouble here.

That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Sayle goes for an armbar but Harmon turns quickly into his guard - lovely anticipation from Harmon. Harmon postures up in Sayle's guard and throws a big left but Sayle blocks it. Harmon wants to control from the top but Sayle keeps moving. Sayle manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harmon is looking to get to half guard. Harmon wants to hold on but Sayle pushes him away. Harmon flailing away with punches but nothing is landing.
Harmon slips a leg in and gets back to half guard. Harmon makes his way to full guard. A much better position for Harmon. Harmon is trying to control the position from the bottom.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Harmon pulls Sayle in close to prevent any damage.
Despite being in the dominant position, Hulk Harmon just isn't active enough and the referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Harmon looking for a takedown here - he's got it. Sayle is trying to control the position from the bottom.
Jay Sayle overall seems to be getting the better of the ground position in the fight so far. Sayle looking to control but Harmon passes into half guard.
Harmon prevents Sayle from improving his position. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Jay Sayle dominated that second round. The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action. And we move into the final round!
Sayle closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Harmon to the mat! Harmon manages to get full guard. Harmon trying to control the position.
Hammerfist, elbow! yells Sayle's corner. There ya go! There ya go! Sayle controlling from the guard. I say controlling but really, he's stalling. Sayle has gone for a leg lock! Harmon slips out almost immediately though and dives into Sayle's guard. Harmon takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's one minute gone in the round. Sayle lands an upkick as Harmon stands over him. Sayle seems keen to control rather than go for a submission, at least for now. Sayle looking to hit a scissor sweep but Harmon is one step ahead there. Sayle keeping moving, preventing Harmon from controlling successfully.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Sayle trying to control the position here. Sayle manages to land a sweep and now he's in mount on top!
BOOM! Sayle connects with a massive shot to the dome!
Sayle avoids the attempt from Harmon to control. Harmon is trying desperately to improve position.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Harmon tries to hold on but Sayle postures up. Harmon manages to regain half guard. Good work. Harmon is positioning himself well to prevent Sayle advancing to mount. Harmon is working for an escape here. He's hooked one of Sayle's legs and he's managed to sneak out and take Sayle's back! Sayle just trying to survive but Harmon is wriggling into a better position, looking to finish. Harmon punches the canvas rather than the man.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Sayle covering up well under a barage of strikes. Harmon trying to control momentarily.
Sayle looking to stop the rear naked choke attempt by controlling the hands. Harmon missing with strikes. Sayle tries to break free.
Sayle prevents Harmon from getting a body triangle. Harmon doesn't have the hooks in and Sayle manages to turn into his guard.
Sayle is taking a break and basically stalling. The referee will not allow him to do that for long. Hulk Harmon has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here!
It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Sayle throws a wild body kick that Harmon sees coming a mile off.
And that's the end of the fight! Jay Sayle showed his dominance in that final round. Well Sayle has outscored his opponent in every aspect of the fight today. Only a scarily incompetent judge or two will keep him from a well deserved win... Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
