The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bader keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl.
Bader feints and as Biggsby raises his hands in defense, Bader changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.
Biggsby looking to control the pace of the fight rather than finish it.
Biggsby keeping full guard, as Bader tries to pass.
Bader working some ground and pound from guard but it's not doing any damage.
Biggsby is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
Biggsby seems very keen to just sit and control from half guard but Bader does not like that idea so much and is remaining active off his back.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Bader closes the distance and pushes Biggsby back into the cage.
Bader using the Thai plumb to throw knees but Biggsby has his back arched nicely, preventing the strike.
Bader has picked Biggsby up - he's going for a ride! Bader dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard.

It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fighter is doing enough on the ground.
Biggsby has his takedown stuffed
and Bader counters with a single leg into guard. Biggsby didn't expect that.

A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Bader accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.

Biggsby is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
Biggsby is looking to sinch up a triangle. Bader throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Biggsby's body to avoid the submission. Biggsby has instead reached around Bader's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Biggsby arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
