The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Phant throws a right hand that Metz JR ducks under and follows up with a left that Metz JR also avoids with ease.

Metz JR had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Phant defends it easily.
Phant must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu.
