Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Hitsomiru Tamaka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Juhani Ilves (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ilves is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Disco Duck. This should be a great matchup!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
10 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Amsterdam, Hitsomiru Tamaka! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
13 - 10 - 0, fighting out of London, Juhani Ilves! The judges for this bout are James Glass, Donald Grub and Chris Edwards.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Ilves blocks a jab. Tamaka feints and then cracks Ilves's leading leg with a nice low kick. He's obviously looking to slow Ilves down. A head kick misses from Tamaka. Thud! ouch! good body kick from Tamaka - that will leave a mark!
Tamaka lands a head kick!
It looks like Juhani Ilves has been cut. Tamaka scores with a leg kick.
Ilves takes one on the chin but seems OK.
Tamaka throws a head kick but Ilves moves out of range.
Ilves checks the leg kick. Ilves closes the distance, clinches up and gets a nice trip takedown into side control. Very smooth.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tamaka tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Ilves wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Tamaka struggling a bit here. Ilves taking a breather here.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Tamaka is trying to control Ilves's posture but Ilves avoids it.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ilves wants to lay and pray for a moment but Tamaka keeps working. Ilves controls the position from side control.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena. Tamaka is trying to get back to half guard. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hitsomiru Tamaka dominated that round. The cut man is working on Juhani Ilves's cut. That's the end of the round. The referee orders the cornermen out of the cage so we can get back down to business.
Tamaka misses with a hook. Ilves misses with a takedown attempt - Tamaka sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses. Tamaka looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
A head kick misses from Tamaka. Tamaka throws a leg kick but Ilves checks it. We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. A decent looking body kick lands there for Tamaka. Tamaka moves into range and clinches up with Ilves. Tamaka tries a body shot but Ilves blocks it.
That's one minute gone in the round. Tamaka taking a breather. Tamaka lands a hook to the side of the head. Tamaka tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ilves's elbow. Tamaka tries to work over Ilves's body with a swooping hook but it only glances the target. Tamaka tries to throw a body punch but Ilves avoids it by throwing Tamaka back against the cage. Ilves blocks a body shot from Tamaka. Tamaka misses with a punch to the body.
Ilves's head jolts backwards as he takes an uppercut right on the button! Tamaka controlling the action here for a moment.

That's two minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Tamaka digs a right hand into Ilves's ribs. Those have got to be taking their toll on Ilves's gas tank. Tamaka tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ilves's elbow. Tamaka works on Ilves's body with a couple of short punches. Come on Tamaka - let's have some action - none of this stalling nonsense.
An uppercut on the inside fails to land for Tamaka. Tamaka tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. Tamaka misses with a hook to the ribs.
Ilves tries to jump guard but he falls flat on his backside. Tamaka smiles and moves away.
Ilves shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Tamaka as he jumps to the side. Hitsomiru Tamaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juhani Ilves.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Ilves takes a nice looking leg kick right on the meat of his thigh there.
The fighters circling - Tamaka throws out the jab but it was never going to land. Tamaka throws a head kick that misses. Ilves checks a low kick. Bone on bone - not my idea of a good time. Tamaka throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.

That's four minutes gone in the round. Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it. Tamaka throws a head kick that looked like it stung.
Tamaka wants to clinch. Tamaka lunges at Ilves with a hook that half lands and is half blocked by Ilves's hand. Tamaka throws a leg kick but he was too far away and it doesn't land. Tamaka looking to take his opponent's legs away with the low kicks.
Tamaka stooping low to avoid any incoming strikes and then lunges in with an uppercut come cross that lands flush. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Hitsomiru Tamaka dominated that second round. The cut man is working on Juhani Ilves's cut. That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action. This is the final round!
Ilves takes a thudding leg kick, right into the meat of the thigh. Tamaka throws a leg kick but Ilves sees it coming and checks it nicely. Ilves with poor footwork there. He got himself in a bit of a tangle, enabling Tamaka to score with a decent uppercut. Tamaka scores with a hook. Tamaka moves into range and lands a nice body kick.
Tamaka scores with a punch to the head. Ilves stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Tamaka. Tamaka misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Tamaka closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.

Ilves prevents a body shot from Tamaka. Tamaka tried to land a shot to the body but connects with Ilves's elbow. Ilves jumps guard but Tamaka stands there with Ilves around his waist. Ilves gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.
The pace slowing considerably in the clinch, as Tamaka takes a break from that fighting nonsense to think about the finer things in life. Tamaka lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Ilves. Tamaka misses with a shot to the kidneys.

That's two minutes gone in the round. Ilves takes a shot to the head. Tamaka manages to get underhooks and slows down the pace for a moment.
Ilves jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Tamaka walks away with a smile on his face. Ilves gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head. Nice takedown defense from Tamaka. No joy for Ilves on that attempt. Hitsomiru Tamaka has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Juhani Ilves. Good leg kick by Tamaka there. It's the ones that make that thud noise that hurt and that was an almighty thud.
Hitsomiru Tamaka seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A slapping leg kick lands for Tamaka.
Tamaka is using his height advantage well here, landing a good percentage of his punches. No luck with that takedown attempt from Ilves. Ilves takes a big intake of breath there - he's definitely tired.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Good standup being displayed there by Tamaka as he connects with a hook. Tamaka is moving around nicely and scores here with a single head shot. Tamaka throws a quick head kick that skims the top of Ilves's head. Ilves shoots in for a takedown but Tamaka shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet. Ilves has a nice red mark on his side after a thudding body kick by Tamaka. Ouch! a nice leg kick from Tamaka, right into the meat.
A good leg kick by Tamaka. Hitsomiru Tamaka is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Tamaka clinches. Tamaka lands a body punch - he's looking to wear down Ilves. Ilves fails to pull the fight into his guard.
Tamaka tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tamaka is stalling here.
And that's the end of the fight! Hitsomiru Tamaka showed his dominance in that final round. Well I reckon that's a shut out for Tamaka, winning every round. Will the judges agree? They are the ones who matter, even if they are often depressingly incompetent. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
