Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ike Worger (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Joe Johnson (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look pumped up here. Let's hope this is a good fight!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Ike Worger! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Joe Johnson! The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Gwen Towbar and Robert Twigg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Johnson shoots in but no luck this time. Worger throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Johnson's waist but Johnson gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Worger off to one side. Johnson keeps the fight on the outside. Worger moves in looking to clinch but Johnson pushes him off. Worger throws a low kick but Johnson avoids it. Johnson steps to the side to avoid the strikes from Worger. Worger darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard. Johnson is trying to get back to full guard. The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing. Worger works his way into side control. Worger taking a breather here. Johnson manages to work his way to half guard, despite Worger's best efforts. Worger wants to pass to mount but Johnson is defending the position.
That's one minute gone in the round. Well, if Worger is going to just lie there, perhaps we should talk about what we're having for dinner tonight… I'm having a ham and pineapple pizza… Yum. Can't wait.
Worger tries to pass the half guard into mount. Johnson knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt. The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Worger connects with a nice short shot to Johnson's temple. Worger thumps the canvas. Not on purpose obviously - he just missed Johnson's head. Johnson makes some distance and scrambles quickly back to his feet. Nice work! A nice inside leg kick there by Worger. That's going to slow Johnson down. Ike Worger seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. Johnson misses with a takedown and Worger moves into the clinch. Johnson looking to slow down the pace here. Johnson avoiding damage.
Worger has managed to pull guard. Let's see whether he can work an aggressive guard. It will also be interesting to see what tactics Johnson uses from the top position. Johnson wants to control from the top but Worger keeps moving. Johnson looks gassed! Worger wants to get back to his feet but Johnson is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Johnson wants to pass the guard but Worger is keeping the position. Worger has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Johnson has passed into side control.
Worger is pushing Johnson's head away, looking to escape. Johnson manages to hold on to the position though. Johnson wants to work for a kimura but he's foiled early by Worger, who protects the arm well. The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work. Worger wants to get back to his feet but Johnson drags him back down.
The referee decides to stand the fighters back up. Johnson shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Worger's guard. Johnson postures up and scores with a shot to the body and a follow up elbow to the head. Johnson trying to control but Worger is working from the bottom.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Johnson gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Johnson closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Johnson lands in his opponent's guard. Johnson stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Worger swivels though and keeps the full guard. Johnson wanted to stand there but Worger had control of the position. Johnson postures up.
Worger tries to land a sweep but no joy. Worger keeping moving, preventing Johnson from controlling successfully. Worger keeping full guard, as Johnson tries to pass. Worger is looking to sinch up a triangle. Johnson throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Worger's body to avoid the submission. Worger has instead reached around Johnson's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Worger arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:05 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Ike Worger!
