Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Max Steel (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dele Obasi (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Steel comes to the cage accompanied by Saliva - Ladies and Gentlemen. Both fighters really staring eachother down here, as Dele Obasi enters the cage!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Max Steel!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
3 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Sydney, Dele Obasi!
The judges for this bout are Skip Squint, Hugh Johnson and Steve Erwin.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Obasi shoots in for a takedown but Steel shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Obasi looks for a takedown but Steel sprawls well.
Steel lands a really nice looking cross but Obasi seems unphased.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
Obasi closes the distance and clinches.
Steel gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Obasi.
Max Steel has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Dele Obasi.
Good body shot from Steel.
Obasi goes for a takedown in the clinch but Steel prevents it.
Obasi tries to circle away but Steel has him pinned against the cage.
Steel looks like he'd prefer to be striking at range right now.
Both guys are working to get underhooks.

Obasi tries to score a body lock takedown but Steel shows good agility there to stay on his feet.
Obasi has Steel pressed against the cage, preventing Steel from circling away and getting back to striking at range.
Steel is pushing Obasi up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.

Obasi tries a body shot but Steel blocks it.
Steel manages to break the clinch.
Obasi gets his head snapped back by a nice shot there.
Steel works his jab well there, keeping his opponent at a distance.
Obasi avoids a punch combination nicely.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Steel fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Obasi looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Obasi looks gassed!
Steel lands a jab to the nose.
It looks like Dele Obasi has been cut.
Obasi is pinned up against the cage taking some big shots here. The referee is looking closely deciding whether he should stop the fight.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Steel drops a shoulder and throws an uppercut that cracks Obasi right on the button. Obasi goes down! Steel follows him to the mat and finishes the job with more strikes! Steel gets the win via TKO!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:17 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Max Steel!
