Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of
5 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Randy Couture!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

1 - 4 - 0, fighting out of Helsinki, Thai Bo king!
The judges for this bout are Johanna Lukiainen, Roosa Järviläinen and Anni Minnemäki.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Bo king throws a head kick but Couture moves out of range.
Bo king fails with an attempt to clinch.
Bo king gets caught flat footed, as Couture shoots in with a quick takedown into guard.
Couture makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard.
Couture pushes down on Bo king's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Couture looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.
Bo king is trying to escape back to his feet but Couture uses the scramble to pass into side control.
Couture is working Bo king over with some ground and pound from side control.
Bo king tries to improve position but can't.
Bo king is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Couture decides to stand back up. Couture steps back and let's Bo king get back to his feet.
Couture misses with a looping right.
Bo king wants to clinch up but Couture keeps it at a distance.
Couture closes the distance and gets a trip takedown into side control. Bo king quickly recovers to half guard.
Bo king really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Couture. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
Couture stands, ready to strike. The ref makes him back up and allows Bo king to get to his feet.
Couture keeps the fight on the outside.
Bo king is looking to clinch.
Bo king wants to clinch up but Couture keeps it at a distance.
Bo king tries to close the distance and clinch but Couture swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

The crowd cheering loudly, showing their appreciation for the quality fight we're seeing here.

Bo king tries to clinch up against the cage, rushing in the close the distance. Couture manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Bo king lands a nice looking kick to the body. Couture takes a step back to recover.

and Bo king counters with a nice body kick.
Bo king wants to clinch up but Couture keeps it at a distance.

Thai Bo king seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Couture darts in and lands a nice takedown into half guard.

The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Couture connects with a nice short shot to Bo king's temple.

Couture has hold of the far side arm. He's working for the Kimura, can Bo king defend it? Couture steps over the head and cranks it - Bo king is tapping out! That was textbook stuff right there - nice submission victory for Couture!
