Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Enno deVries (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Madass Insane (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Insane comes into a darkened arena with his song building. Three Days Grace - Animal I Have Become kicks in, the lights come on and the crowd goes wild! What a showman! These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

The judges for this bout are Nard Betker, Daniel Blasius and Albert Achterberg.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Insane closes the distance and presses his opponent up against the cage.
Insane stays in close to his opponent and throws a right hand to the body.
deVries looking to throw knees to the head but Insane is blocking nicely.
Insane goes for a takedown in the clinch but deVries prevents it.
deVries is pushing Insane up against the cage, for a bit of lean and pray action. Action being used the in the loosest possible sense of the word.
deVries tries to land a knee to the head but Insane blocks with his arms.
deVries gets double underhooks to prevent a takedown attempt from Insane.
Insane has deVries pressed up against the cage and is working for takedown. deVries manages to improve position though and keeps the fight standing.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Insane is working from a closed guard but he's struggling to control his opponent.
deVries decides to stand up and beckons his opponent to follow.

That was a close round but I would say that Enno deVries will probably get the nod.

That's the end of the interval. I'm sure that seemed a lot quicker than a minute for our two fighters! Back to the action.

deVries fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Insane looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.
Insane changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. deVries tries to avoid it but Insane manages to keep hold of a leg and drag deVries to the ground. deVries escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.

and deVries counters with a nice leg kick.

Madass Insane comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
