Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Pedro Lopez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ryan Gracie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Lopez comes into the arena with South Texas Death Ride blaring out of the sound system. Gracie has chosen Born To Win as his entrance music, which hasn't gone down very well with the crowd. This should be fireworks!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.

14 - 12 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ryan Gracie!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Shirou Masuda and Shigeki Sano.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lopez throws a head kick that half lands.
It looks like Ryan Gracie has been cut.
A telegraphed right hand from Gracie misses the target.
Lopez scores with a jab.
Gracie throws a hook but Lopez blocks it.
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! Gracie crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Lopez - the referee stops the clock and Gracie gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Lopez. Gracie manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
Lopez cracks Gracie with a nice right hand that draws applause from the crowd.
Nice shot lands for Lopez.
Gracie tries to move into range but Lopez moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Gracie is rocked!
The crowd are loving this. Great action here.
Lopez displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Gracie throws out the jab.
Gracie shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Lopez as he jumps to the side.
Gracie looks gassed!
Lopez drops Gracie with a straight left! Oh this is bad for Gracie! Lopez dives in and starts dropping bombs - the referee has no choice but to step in and save him!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:34 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (strikes). Pedro Lopez!
