Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Danny Delphine (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Ketsuno Anajo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Delphine kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Cowboys From Hell. Anajo has chosen Ghostbusters as his entrance music. Ketsuno Anajo will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Danny Delphine! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Ketsuno Anajo! The judges for this bout are Tatsuya Matsuyama, Sosuke Kotani and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! A punch combination from Anajo misses. Anajo throws a right and a left that both miss. Anajo throws a series of punches but Delphine moves out of range. Delphine throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Anajo's waist but Anajo gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Delphine off to one side. Delphine dodges the punch combination from Anajo.
Delphine misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up. Anajo tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Delphine is able to avoid easily.
That's one minute gone in the round. Anajo misses with a body shot.
Anajo keeps the fight standing with a nice sprawl. Delphine moves in looking to clinch but Anajo pushes him off. Anajo scores with a punch to the gut of his opponent. Delphine blocks a low kick nicely. Some wild striking there from Anajo.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Anajo shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Delphine is trying to defend but Anajo finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further. Anajo tries to stand and escape but Delphine is controlling the position. Anajo postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Delphine to stand up. Delphine shoots in but doesn't get the takedown and Anajo holds on and brings the fighters into a clinch. That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Danny Delphine. That's going to take a lot out of him. Anajo gets an overhook and lands an elbow to the side of the head. Anajo using the Thai clinch to land knees to the body.

Anajo has double underhooks and is working for a body lock takedown. He's got it. The fighters land in half guard but Delphine regains guard immediately. Delphine has a closed guard, preventing Anajo from standing up. Delphine tries to land a sweep but no joy. Anajo controlling from the top position. Anajo must be cautious of submissions here, given that his opponent has the superior Jiu Jitsu. Anajo tries to stand but Delphine is controlling from the bottom. Delphine is breathing heavily. Delphine wants to sweep but no luck. Delphine has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Anajo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself. Delphine will need to keep those long limbs tucked in whilst he's on the ground, to prevent any submissions. Delphine had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Anajo defends it easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. Anajo would like to get this fight back to the feet but can't get free from the closed guard. Anajo wants to control from the top but Delphine keeps moving. The fighters are trapped in the ropes so we're going to have a reposition here. The ref calls for a break and repositions the fighters in the center of the ring. Anajo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Anajo stands up from guard. Let's bang! Delphine shoots and misses and Anajo counters with a leg kick. Anajo throws a right hand that Delphine ducks under and follows up with a left that Delphine also avoids with ease. Delphine tries to keep at a distance but Anajo has taken the fight into the clinch. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Anajo closes the distance and pushes Delphine back into the ropes. Delphine is looking for a takedown up against the ropes. Anajo gets underhooks though and prevents the takedown attempt. An uppercut to the body lands inside from Anajo. Anajo utilising his Muay Thai to score with a knee to the body. Anajo is stalling here. The referee will be looking to step in if he doesn't pick up the pace. Delphine really does look like a pencil wearing a pair of gloves. Let's hope he has a gameplan to suit that ridiculous body shape. Anajo breaks the clinch and we return to the middle of the mat. Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here. Anajo has closed the distance and engaged Delphine in a clinch.
That's one minute gone in the round. Anajo lands a short shot on the inside that snaps the head of Delphine backwards. The fighters are pressed against the ropes, as the pace of the fight slows. Anajo has picked Delphine up - he's going for a ride! Anajo dumps his opponent to the mat with a thud and settles into half guard. Anajo really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Delphine. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out. Anajo missing with the ground and pound from half guard. Anajo postures up and decides to stand up, from the half guard. The ref calls for Delphine to stand up. Anajo throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Anajo feints with a shoulder and throws a nice leg kick to Delphine's calf. Delphine doesn't succeed with the takedown and Anajo counters by moving into the clinch.

Anajo gets double underhooks and manages to take the fight to the ground. Anajo wants to control from the top but Delphine keeps moving. Anajo trying to stand up but can't free himself from Delphine's guard. Anajo is looking to work some ground and pound but Delphine has wrist control. Anajo pressing down on his opponent's thigh, looking to pass guard. Delphine is keeping the position for now. Anajo trying to control but Delphine is working from the bottom. Delphine is looking for a triangle but Anajo pushes his legs off easily.

Anajo wants to stand but Delphine is controlling his posture from full guard. Anajo controls the pace of the fight for a moment. Anajo loading up with the ground and pound but he's missing more than he's landing in this flurry. Anajo trying to stand up but can't free himself from Delphine's guard. The fighters are tangled up in the ropes here. We might need a restart if the fighters can't break free themselves. Anajo avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Anajo closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard. Anajo trying to control from half guard but Delphine is working away. It looks like Anajo is going to stand back up.
Delphine tries to roll over but Anajo keeps him under control. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Ketsuno Anajo showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards. That's time! Delphine's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight. This is the final round!

Anajo is struggling to control the position. Anajo working some nice short punches in the clinch. A real battle for position is taking place between these two warriors.
That's two minutes gone in the round. The crowd are starting to boo a lack of action. Anajo misses with a hook to the ribs.
Anajo stalls. Delphine trying to control the position but instead, Anajo has worked for underhooks and has pushed Delphine into the ropes. Delphine jumps guard but Anajo stands there with Delphine around his waist. Delphine gives up and drops back to his feet. We remain in the clinch.

That's three minutes gone in the round. Anajo lands with a short head shot on the inside. Anajo is looking to score with knees to the body. Maybe he'll change it up and go body then head. Delphine is defending well for now. Anajo wants a takedown but no success here.
Anajo lands a right uppercut that snaps the head of Delphine backwards. A short right from Anajo on the inside. Anajo comes over the top with an elbow. That landed flush. Anajo pressing his opponent against the ropes. A hook to the body from Anajo.
Anajo misses with a hook from the clinch. Delphine tries to pull guard but can't drag his opponent to the mat. Anajo just stands there and leans against the ropes. Danny Delphine has stepped it up - he knows he needs a finish here! That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Danny Delphine. That's going to take a lot out of him.
That's four minutes gone in the round. The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight. Anajo escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Ketsuno Anajo is fighting for a decision here - he's started to take the cautious approach. Anajo thows a body kick. Delphine tries to catch it but that hurt him. Anajo fails to land with the punch combination there - jab, cross, hook, miss, miss, miss.
A low kick from Delphine misses and Anajo counters with a series of strikes. Delphine will be more careful next time no doubt. Delphine tries to clinch but Anajo moves away and Anajo counters with a slapping leg kick. Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out! Anajo tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion. Delphine slips under a jab.
And that's the end of the fight! Ketsuno Anajo comfortably won the final round on my scorecard. Well Anajo has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
