Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Junichi Emmeraldo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Floyd Money (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both these guys have really solid chins. Will we see a standup war or will they both decide that a knockout is unlikely and try to win the fight elsewhere?

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
2 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Junichi Emmeraldo! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
2 - 2 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Floyd Money! The judges for this bout are Ren Mimura, Yuuki Gou and Yukihiro Shimada.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Emmeraldo looks frustrated there after his takedown attempt is stuffed easily. Emmeraldo showing good head movement there, avoiding the strikes from Money.
Floyd Money seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout. A looping hook to the body misses from Money. Emmeraldo does a little dance to reset his feet. A punch combination from Money misses. Money misses with a jab, cross combination.
Emmeraldo takes an uppercut right on the jaw but it doesn't phase him. Emmeraldo fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Money sprawls well initially but Emmeraldo persists and gets the takedown into half guard. Emmeraldo trying to pass the guard but Money defending well. Emmeraldo is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Money doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time Emmeraldo. Emmeraldo seems to be looking for submissions.
That's one minute gone in the round. Emmeraldo looking for a kimura but he'll have to free his other leg if he wants to finish that. Perhaps he's just using it as a distraction technique.

That's two minutes gone in the round. A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace. Emmeraldo is trying a forearm choke… I don't think that's going to do much at this level of the game.

The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Emmeraldo seems to be working for a kimura but Money defends the submission attempt.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up. Emmeraldo is trying hard to land a takedown here. Money sprawls well and keeps this one on the feet. Money looks to throw the jab but Emmeraldo is out of range. Money misses the shot to the body. Money lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Money. A punch combination from Money misses. Money throws a nice looking combination but Emmeraldo bobs and weaves to avoid any damage. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Floyd Money dominated that round. The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.
Money scores with a crisp jab that stopped Emmeraldo in his tracks. Money tries to bum rush Emmeraldo with a series of wild strikes but Emmeraldo uses good footwork to avoid the assault. Some wild striking there from Money.

Money throws a monster uppercut resembling something out of street fighter but it doesn't land. Money thows a body shot but no joy. Money swings and misses with a hook to the body.
That's one minute gone in the round. Money gets caught flat footed, as Emmeraldo shoots in with a quick takedown into guard. Emmeraldo postures up as if he's going to throw some strikes but drops back for an ankle! Money is in big trouble! He looks ready to tap! But no, he's escaped and dives on top of Emmeraldo, into his guard. Money is breathing heavily. Emmeraldo had isolated an arm as going for a kimura. Money defends it easily. Emmeraldo bucks up whilst keeping hold of a body lock, managing to reverse the position. Now he's in top in Money's guard.
That's two minutes gone in the round. Emmeraldo drops back looking for a leg! Money is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Money manages to kick Emmeraldo off! Emmeraldo jumps back into Money's guard. Emmeraldo slips effortlessly into side control - very nice. Emmeraldo tries for a kimura but Money is defending well. Emmeraldo looking for an arm triangle but it's way too loose to do anything. Money really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Emmeraldo. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
That's three minutes gone in the round. Emmeraldo is trying to land an Americana. He has the arm isolated but Money is keeping cool and he's avoided the danger for now. Money pushes Emmeraldo away and creates a bit of space to escape. He's almost out here... but no, Emmeraldo gets a good hold of his legs and remains firmly in side control. Emmeraldo tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Emmeraldo has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought! Emmeraldo tries for a kimura but Money is defending well.
That's four minutes gone in the round. My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer. Money is trying to buck Emmeraldo off. Emmeraldo working hard here to secure a kimura but he's not really in the right position for it.

Emmeraldo tries for a kimura but Money is defending well. We get told so often about how wrestlers don't like to be on their backs. Let's see if Money can do anything to dispel that myth. Money is trying to buck Emmeraldo off. Emmeraldo has hold of Money's arm. He's looking for a kimura. Money seems comfortable defending it but Emmeraldo has shifted his position slighty and is cranking on the arm! Money is real pain and he's forced to tap out! Money is disgusted with himself for not defending it better but Emmeraldo couldn't care less - he's delighted!
