The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Winchester avoids the body shot from Rua.
Rua misses with a series of wild punches.

Sam Winchester seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Winchester lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.
Rua misses with a looping right.
Rua scores with a decent looking hook.
Winchester misses with a head kick.
Winchester looks to land a left hand but Rua moved out of range nicely.
Winchester fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Rua lands a straight punch to the body, keeping Winchester at a distance.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Winchester shoots in for a takedown but Rua shows good takedown defense.
Winchester misses with a takedown attempt - Rua sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Rua throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Rua connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

Rua drops Winchester with a beautiful combination! Winchester stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Rua is looking for the KO!

Winchester uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Rua.
Rua ducks down and throws a big overhand right - it lands flush on the jaw, knocking Winchester out cold! The fight is over!
