The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A telegraphed takedown attempt from Lachisseo is defended easily by Young.
Young shoots and misses
and Lachisseo counters with a shoot takedown. Young fights it but they end up in guard.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

There's not a lot going on here and the crowd are letting the fighters know they're not willing to tolerate a lack of action.
Young prevents Lachisseo from getting the reversal.

Young can't quite control the action as he would like just now, as Lachisseo is looking to escape.

The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare eachother down, ready to get back to the action.
Young decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
The ref stands the fighters back up, due to lack of action by Big Young.
Lachisseo doesn't succeed with the takedown
and Young counters with a shoot takedown into half guard.
Young landing with strikes to the body and head, softening up his opponent.
Young is working hard to pass the guard. He's done it - he's now in full mount! Trouble for Lachisseo!
Lachisseo on his back here. We all know that wrestlers don't like being on their back so let's see if Lachisseo tries to get out of the position.

The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Young is pressing down on Lachisseo's thigh, looking to free his foot. Lachisseo is holding on for now.
Lachisseo pushes Young off looking to stand but Young dives back in and keeps control.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Lachisseo wants to control but Young postures up.
Lachisseo is positioning himself to get back to half guard.
Young wants to lay and pray for a moment but Lachisseo keeps working.

Lachisseo tries to buck Young off but Young is having none of it.
The step up in weight doesn't seem to be a problem for Young. He's performing admirably here against the bigger man.
Young working away.
Young throws a knee to the body but it doesn't do much damage.
Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Lachisseo closes the distance and looks for a trip takedown... aaaand he's got it - Lachisseo lands in his opponent's guard.
Lachisseo thows a big elbow that misses.
Young is looking to sinch up a triangle. Lachisseo throws the leg off to one side though and gets in tight to Young's body to avoid the submission. Young has instead reached around Lachisseo's neck and now has a guillotine! Oh, this is biiiig trouble! Young arches his back and squeezes and forces the tap from his hapless opponent.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 4:01 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Guillotine). Big Young!
