Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Kenshii Tanamoto (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Brock Sanchez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Tanamoto's entrance music is Slipknot - Wait and Bleed. A fine choice. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the featherweight division. Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Kenshii Tanamoto! And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner. With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Brock Sanchez! The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Yasuomi Hirokawa.
 The bell rings for round one and we are underway! Tanamoto tries to clinch up but Sanchez circles away and keeps his distance. Tanamoto tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Sanchez paws at him with a jab and circles away. A head kick lands from Tanamoto that sends Sanchez to the canvas. Sanchez tries to scramble back to his feet but Tanamoto brings him back down into side control.

Sanchez is rocked!

It looks like Brock Sanchez has been cut. Tanamoto tries to get to his feet but he's trapped momentarily. Sanchez is still in real trouble! Can Tanamoto finish him? Sanchez tries to control but Tanamoto manages to take his back. I really don't envy Sanchez right now.
Sanchez seems to have recovered his senses. Sanchez trying to control the action but Tanamoto just sinks the hooks in. Sanchez tries to escape but Tanamoto has the hooks in and won't let him break free. Tanamoto is controlling the position but Sanchez somehow manages to roll and ends up with half guard.
 That's one minute gone in the round. Sanchez wants to get back to full guard.
 It looks like we're going to have a standup here. Neither fight is doing enough on the ground. Tanamoto is looking to clinch but Sanchez is avoiding it.
Sanchez misses with a body kick.
Sanchez drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard. Sanchez thows a big elbow that misses. A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Sanchez accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand. Sanchez trying to control but Tanamoto is working from the bottom. Sanchez content to stall in guard here.
 That's two minutes gone in the round. Sanchez wants to control from the top but Tanamoto keeps moving.
Sanchez stands up and waves to Tanamoto to follow him. Sanchez is looking to take this fight into the clinch. Tanamoto tries for a takedown but Sanchez circles away easily
and Sanchez counters with a nice shoot takedown that brings the fighters to the ground. Sanchez looks gassed! Tanamoto keeping moving, preventing Sanchez from controlling successfully.
 The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily. Sanchez gets to his feet and steps away from his opponent. Kenshii Tanamoto seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
 That's three minutes gone in the round. Sanchez fails with an attempt to clinch.
Sanchez tries for a takedown but Tanamoto sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily. Tanamoto tries to clinch but fails miserably
so Sanchez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility. Tanamoto wants to stand and escape but Sanchez is having none of it. Sanchez makes a bit of distance and scores with some ground and pound, still in guard. Sanchez stays in close to Tanamoto's body and controls the position. Sanchez advances to half guard. Tanamoto is in trouble now - Sanchez has advanced to mount! Sanchez landing strikes from the mount and Tanamoto is in trouble!
 That's four minutes gone in the round. The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so! Sanchez with the ground and pound from mount. Sanchez controlling from mount. The crowd applaud the fighters efforts here as the round comes to an end. Tanamoto is trying to stand up. And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Brock Sanchez dominated that round. The cut man is working on Brock Sanchez's cut. The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action!
Tanamoto misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.
Sanchez rushes Tanamoto and pushes him back against the cage in a clinch. Tanamoto connects with a nasty looking knee right to Sanchez's face.
Tanamoto with the Thai clinch. He's looking to land a big knee but he's not managed it this time.
Tanamoto tries to land a knee to the head but Sanchez blocks with his arms.
A body shot lands from Sanchez.
Sanchez manages to break the clinch.
Sanchez tries a head kick but it misses.
Jab by Tanamoto.
Sanchez closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Sanchez seems like he's working for an arm triangle here. He's freed his trapped foot and he's rotating nicely. Tanamoto is in big trouble! He's tapping out! This one is aaaaaaaaaaaall over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:41 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (Arm Triangle). Brock Sanchez!
